Serene Nature Hotel & Spa

One word to describe this property “Amazing”. Housekeeping, front office, breakfast and everything was super. Highly recommended !

The hotel is great! Great service, the breakfast is outstanding! Rooms and the whole hotel area is so beautiful and gorgeous!!!

位置比較偏僻, 從峴港機場過去,司機用google map都唔識路搵.附近沒有其他餐廳選擇. 前台服務員態度好nice, 但沒料到豪華房間是需要行樓梯的,有露台望向泳池.房間寬倘,洗手間和浴室是分開的.可惜花灑的水力比較弱, 不冷不熱的水令人十分不滿.泳池比較偏細,早餐款式唔多.因為位置偏僻,所以叫車需要等候相當的時間. 第二日的早上發覺電力有問題,會突然間沒有電力,然後又恢復.前台回覆說是電力公司在附近工程,但是影響的就只就我們住的座樓,他們很好為此有作出賠償,就是給半價從會安古城到蜆港酒店 .

這間酒店是由以前一家舊洒店，拆了重新再起的新洒店，我和朋友都很驚訝，這洒店裝修給人現代的時尚感，每房也有不同顏色，令人尚心悅目，面積很寬躺，基本上全部物品都好新，由於是冬季，沒有到泳池游泳，一打開門，不到幾步就是泳池，就像私家泳池連房的一樣。我一定一定會再返來，今次住得太短了。洒店前台職員非常親切，給了我們好多資訊。 早餐方面，餐廳有點小，種類也很齊全，正在建設一個大的地方。

性價比很高 新裝修 房間走出來就是泳池 自助早餐還可以 選擇不算多 但對得起這價位了。隨便吃吃再離開酒店吃 反正旅行嘛

**Serene Nature Spa and Hotel** is a place I truly want to recommend. This is my second visit here. If you're looking for a super luxurious hotel at this price, don't bother reading my review and search for another hotel instead. However, you would be missing out on the opportunity to stay at a clean, well-maintained hotel with kind, family-like staff at an excellent price. I have not received any sponsorship; I paid out of my own pocket to stay for 9 nights and then 7 nights. Although it is slightly outside of Old Town, it’s very close and convenient to get around using **Grab** or taxis. You can also rent a motorbike or a bicycle, and it’s only a 5-minute ride to Old Town. I personally loved cycling around and exploring the area. The staff here put so much effort into cleanliness and hygiene. If you check the Google reviews, you’ll see they are exactly as described, and the photos are accurate as well. I will definitely return here for my next family trip. The staff—**Minh, Sally, Van, Lilly, Catherine, Rosie, Mean, Peter, Min, and Nhi**—were all so friendly and made me feel like family. Thanks to them, my time in Hoi An was even more enjoyable. If you’re considering hotels in Hoi An, I highly recommend this place. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy trip!
