It's a pretty new hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is good and the reception is very friendly and helps you with everything you need :) Location is a bit far from the city center, but you can just use the free bikes and go there in 10 minutes!

位置比較偏僻, 從峴港機場過去,司機用google map都唔識路搵.附近沒有其他餐廳選擇. 前台服務員態度好nice, 但沒料到豪華房間是需要行樓梯的,有露台望向泳池.房間寬倘,洗手間和浴室是分開的.可惜花灑的水力比較弱, 不冷不熱的水令人十分不滿.泳池比較偏細,早餐款式唔多.因為位置偏僻,所以叫車需要等候相當的時間. 第二日的早上發覺電力有問題,會突然間沒有電力,然後又恢復.前台回覆說是電力公司在附近工程,但是影響的就只就我們住的座樓,他們很好為此有作出賠償,就是給半價從會安古城到蜆港酒店 .

這間酒店是由以前一家舊洒店，拆了重新再起的新洒店，我和朋友都很驚訝，這洒店裝修給人現代的時尚感，每房也有不同顏色，令人尚心悅目，面積很寬躺，基本上全部物品都好新，由於是冬季，沒有到泳池游泳，一打開門，不到幾步就是泳池，就像私家泳池連房的一樣。我一定一定會再返來，今次住得太短了。洒店前台職員非常親切，給了我們好多資訊。 早餐方面，餐廳有點小，種類也很齊全，正在建設一個大的地方。

性價比很高 新裝修 房間走出來就是泳池 自助早餐還可以 選擇不算多 但對得起這價位了。隨便吃吃再離開酒店吃 反正旅行嘛

This place was really special. We had a king room with partly pool and partly rice field view. It was a little bit small but fully fine for a few days - a week. If you’re not too demanding of spacious hotel rooms then you’re good. We loved: - staff: extremely friendly, caring and attentive people. Read wishes from the mind seemingly. Cared for guests even when it was so hot they asked whether they wanted a hat. Fun hotel manager. - breakfast: amazing selection. Really thoughtful and well-prepared. Egg dish station and varying pho options. Really made with thought. - area: directly next to the rice fields it was really special to take a walk/ go for a run through the rice fields. - Small improvement suggestions: - bikes need to be checked for functionality. Kinda rusty and not in great shape - mosquito nets would be really good especially given the area with lots of mosquitos, we weren’t able to open the windows really. All in all very great experience.

Stayed for just 2 days, but should have stayed longer. It was a lovely hotel in midst of rice fields with a well furnished room. A decent breakfast with fresh made local options and international ones. Didn't try the spa or restaurant, but there is enough space to relax.

A great place to stay. I am very glad that I was lucky enough to find this particular hotel for my vacation in the city of Hoi An. The hotel is located near rice fields that bring peace, quiet and tranquility.It is very pleasant to come back here after long walks around the city. The hotel itself is very cozy and stylish with a well-maintained territory and swimming pool. In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served for hotel guests, which can be enjoyed sitting on the terrace or inside, enjoying the sounds of beautiful national music. The staff at breakfast even asked me if I slept well, and it was so sweet. The overall atmosphere was so pleasant and relaxing that I didn't want to leave my room and the hotel grounds, especially since there was a cafe and a bar on site where you could make an order. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel team who made my stay unforgettable. The care and attention from the hotel staff is on another level! Sally, Rosie, Catherine and all the staff members, thank you so much for making my stay at Serene Hotel unforgettable. It was a pleasure to meet you! Hope to see you again!

This was BY FAR the best hotel in the 3 months that we spent travelling around South East Asia. We were only supposed to be staying for 5 nights and ended up there for 3 weeks! It’s in a great location, nice and quiet by the rice fields. Every room makes the most of the fantastic views. It’s about a 5 minute taxi ride (door to door) or a 20 minute bicycle ride (free to use from the hotel) or even a 40 minute walk (nice and flat) to the Old Town. The beds are comfortable too…which a huge plus in SEA! The hotel itself is lovely, the surroundings are beautiful, the food was fabulous and the staff (every single one of them) were amazing. They were all so friendly, helpful and professional and I would like to thank each and every one of them for making our stay so memorable! Peter was great in the restaurant, always happy to chat. Catherine, Rosie, Lily & Sally on reception were a great team and very forthcoming with any information about the area. Min & Max were great during the breakfast rush. Making sure everything ran smoothly and that no food items ran out. Minh…the ‘big boss man’ who oversaw everything and was never too busy for his guests Every one and I mean every single one of the staff were lovely…I couldn’t fault them whatsoever! This includes all the cleaning ladies, the ‘porters’, the maintenance guy and the gardening lady. Thank you everyone!!! :)
