Little Gem. An Eco-Friendly Boutique Hotel & Spa recensioner

I loved the staff here. I was treated the way I expect to be treated at a 5 star hotel. Staff was very friendly with everything and were always smiling. I booked a hot stone massage which was buy 1 get 1 and that was great. I did originally book a Canal view room, but I’m glad I did not receive it because it faced the busy street so I was much more happy being on the quieter side of the hotel. The hotel is in people’s backyards so you will hear roosters and chickens if you are not facing the street. For the most part, the room was pretty quiet on my last day and it has some louder guest that I could hear in the hallway and next-door to me but all my other days it was nice and peaceful. They supply so many amenities from bathrobes slides, toothbrushes drinks, and the mini fridge etc. Every time I would come back from visiting old town, I would be greeted at the door with a welcome back. if I ever visit Hoi an again, Little gem will be the only place I stay.  grab is really easy to use from the hotel. I did not take advantage of the bicycles as I do not trust myself on them but they are available. It was too cold to use the pool as it is not heated, but it is a nice view from the top floor. get the lamb. You will not be disappointed. Spend the little bit extra and treat yourself at little gem

Was a little Gem next to the old town. Perfect location for me, not in the busy tourist area but a very short walk to the old town. This is my second time to this area and I would stay here again for sure. Breakfast was good and staff lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel - Little Gem which is impressively new and modern. During our 2-night stay, we were delighted with every aspect of our experience here. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. I also had a wonderful massage treatment in the hotel, which was incredibly relaxing! We explored the surrounding area on our motorbike, visiting the rice fields and beach. Hoi An truly exceeded our expectations - we fell in love with this charming town! We can't wait to return to Hoi An!

Since it's a boutique hotel, there are not many facilities in the hotel. The gym, swimming pool and restaurant are a bit small. However, the place and hotel room are very clean as it has just operated for around 5 months. The bed, quilt and pillows of the hotel room are soft and comfortable. It's location is very close to the ancient town and the Memory Land of Hoi An. The breakfast food quality is good despite that there are not many varieties.

This hotel is just conveniently located at where someone who wants to make tailor made dresses and clothes. So many choices to choose from, hotel is good with fair price too

It’s was a nice small place. Friendly staff , great breakfast. But the Neighbour (next door) like to Karaoke. 😞 if you back after 10pm local time then will be fine.

This hotel really is a Gem of a hotel... We were welcomed with huge smiles and a lovely welcome drink.... The staff are amazing, the rooms are big, clean and the most comfiest bed with crisp white bed sheets... The bathroom is very modern with an amazing bath... The roof top pool is stunning with lovely views, the sunbeds are super comfy... The spa was divine, the best hot stone massage I've ever had. She bathed my feet while I sipped a jasmine tea before the massage. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of food from freshly made omelettes to amazing chicken noodle soup. We hired mopeds which were delivered to the hotel at a cost of 200 bht per 24hours... The staff made this hotel a fabulous experience, The Manager Zoe and her beautiful helpful staff zoe and jenny couldn't do enough for us, so lovely... The hotel is in a peaceful area but close enough to walk to the center hub about 15 mins walk... Ask to use the hotel car to take you to the airport, just as cheap as a grab taxi but pure luxury... I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel feels like a family run home, safe and cosy.

An amazing experience. ALL of the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. They helped us rent a motorbike(highly recommend) to ride around. We only cut our trip short at this hotel because we wanted to explore Da Nang. We left behind our neck pillows and they drove to Da Nang to return them. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is not in the downtown area but a very short drive on a motorbike. If you want to avoid the crowd of downtown but still be a short distance of it then this is the perfect hotel. There is no doubt I will stay at this hotel again.

Probably one of the best all round hotels we have stayed in. We moved here from another hotel that we didn't agree with. Could not have picked a better choice. The hotel is spotless and looks to be brand new. The staff are all young, but what they lack on experience they make up for with the friendliness and helpfulness. The roof top pool is perfect for the hot Hoi an weather. We basically had this to ourselves for the 4 days we were there and only saw one other couple use it. The views are over the river and you can just about make out the sea in the distance, stunning during sunset. Hotel does a happy hour which is extremely good value on cocktails with some of the best mojitos we've had anywhere. Breakfast was great standard with both local specialisties and more traditional western options. We also used the Spa which was just as good a standard as anywhere we've been for a fraction of the cost. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

It’s a really wonderful hotel. The staff are so attentive (sometimes too much so), and friendly. The hotel is beautiful - an absolute steal for the price. Breakfast was never busy when I was there, and the food was lovely. Location is good - it’s a 10 minute walk into the heart of old town which means it’s much quieter in the evening. Not marking them down for this but I do think housekeeping come round too early every morning. I’m lucky I was awake everyday or they’d have walked in on me sleeping.
