The Saga Hotel Hoi An recensioner

Beautiful hotel room. The location is a little far from Old Town, but they provide free bicycles, so it’s just about a 10 minute bike ride away. Near the hotel are some very good nail salons and massage places. The buffet breakfast offered enough western and Asian options that changed daily. I would stay here again 😊

A very new hotel opened in 2024. We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded from superior to deluxe rooms. Room size is big enough with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was superb with variety of options. Staffs were all super friendly. Location is a bit far for walking to downtown. There are free shuttle bus arranged but only 3 timing. It's very hard to get a grab to and from old town. We had to pay 4 times fee for taxi to return to hotel. Overall, recommended stay.

Excellent stay at The Saga Hotel. Tram the restaurant supervisor was amazing as was the front desk staff. The breakfast was superb each day and the dinner was equally fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Hoi An

Wonderful stay in the Saga hotel. Clean, warmth hospitality, good breakfast spread, convenient of the shuttle service to town and beach area. Thank you for celebrating international women day with the guest by providing roses. Such a sweet gesture.

We had a wonderful experience here. Service was magnificent, and the hotel offered different activities. Nice offers were presented to us when we checked in, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as there was a wide variety of choices. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and responsive staff. Although the hotel is not within walking distance from old town Hoi An a shuttle was provided at fixed times.

Staff were very friendly and able to communicate well. They are very responsive and extend guidance through whatsapp. Even went the extra mile to celebrate our family's member birthday.

Really nice and new hotel, was told it was only a couple of months old. Happy with the overall service and cleanliness. Only thing to note that this hotel is a low-rise building near the road, so expect to hear some honks during the day.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and great breakfast, well-located and close to the old town.
