Hoi An NGO Homestay recensioner

Centrally located, street not too noisy. Hotel has several buildings and I was in the one c pool on main floor. My double room on 3rd floor had everything I needed plus a balcony with lanterns that can be turned on At night. It was especially beautiful on the balcony because of the full moon. Bathroom was shared c two other rooms, was close and never occupied when I needed it. The manager was very helpful when asked for information and speaks good English. Rental bikes were in good operating condition, laundry service was excellent. It was heartwarming and delightful to see the children and their friends who live there.

ホイアンで安く泊まるなら、ここが場所が良いと思います。 メイン通りまで徒歩5分なのに静かです。 ただ寝るだけと考えて下さい

チェックアウトより早く到着しても、対応してもらえました。翌日の朝、ダナン空港までのタクシーを手配してくれます。250,000ドンでした。Grabよりも安かったです。

立地もホイアンの観光地区に近く、部屋も清潔でした。この金額であれば文句ないです。チェックアウト後にダナンに向かう車を手配してもらったのですが、タクシーよりgrabよりも安くて快適でした。

We just loved it here! We planned on staying just 2 nights, ended up staying 8! The location is perfect, walking distance to everything (the main strip of shops & restaurants, the river, the old town, the markets). The rooms were so clean and nice. We had a little balcony too. There’s little super markets all around to easily buy water and things. Loan was absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She helped us with laundry, bikes, scooters, booking taxis, she gave us great recommendations a round the city. And she looked after us so well when we kept extending our stay, trying to keep us in the same rooms and things. Thankyou for having us Loan! We hope to be back one day soon.

This home stay is a great place to stay when you visit Hoi An. It is only a few minutes walk from the river, night market, old town and restaurants. What makes this place special is Loan and her lovely family. Nothing is too much trouble for her and always done with a smile, from arranging bikes, scooters, washing, shows and our onward travel. The rooms have a kettle, hairdryer, fridge and we had a private balcony. There is also a swimming pool, although it was sadly too cold for us to use it. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Hoi An

Loan has been an amazing host, really friendly, quickly responding and so much helpful regarding excursion recommendations and bookings. In addition, the hotel was super clean. I really strongly recommend!

I had a great time at the homestay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The location was convenient and scenic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was so good that I almost forgot to leave! Besides that, I see that there are many tourists who need to look for a luggage storage service so they can try WhaleLo. While waiting for the plane, my friends and I were able to go out to eat without having to bring anything.

NGO House Villa is a small complex, run very efficiently by Loan. I had a deluxe double balcony room. It was clean and modern with a nice hot shower, comfy bed & small balcony. The room is very small though and I find it hard to believe the advertised 28m2. The location is super convenient, over the river and near the night markets. One morning there were screaming kids in the pool at 7.30am and being small, the noise travelled. Loan was very apologetic, but I came across this at other properties also which really amazed me. Why do parents & hotel staff have no consideration for other guests. All of this said, I do recommend NGO especially if you are on a budget (and don’t mind a small room) as her prices are very reasonable for what this property delivers.

We stay in the rooftop room which was small but perfectly adequate, The room facilities were great, fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The night market was located one minute away and main area was very close. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. Perfect place to stay when visiting \Hoi Anh

This is my second stay at the Ngo House. It's not a fancy place but it's a great value and the family that runs it are what keep me returning. They are always so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend a room away from the road as the road noise can be a bit loud at times. I love how close it is to the river/restaurant area. There is a little mini-mart right next door so you don't have to go far for anything you need. I will continue to stay there when I come to Hoi An.
