Nice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.

Great location…just 5 minutes to Old Town and 10 minutes to the night market…staff was excellent and knowledgeable…buffet breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety

It's a wonderful hotel. The location, facilities, and rooms were great, but the hospitality of the staff was especially the best. The security guard too. Our return flight was delayed, but the hotel staff provided us with a place to wait until late. It's also child friendly. If I have a chance to go to Hoi An again, I would like to use this hotel again.

The hotel is lovely.. the staff are so helpful.. food was ok ..plenty of choice for Asian traveller's but not much choice for European . Usual bacon and eggs... ....lovely Lady Than on reception, so pleasant and older gentleman on door.. ...others are quite forceful on selling you trips and spa treatments..not nice when you're trying to enjoy your breakfast. You do feel obliged to buy... the massages are great everywhere you go in Vietnam.

This is the second year visited this hotel and everything are the same, breakfast is great, all staffs are friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this hotel to you all.

The hotel is clean. Have free bike to lend you if you want to go around town and explore. Quiet during night time. Staff were friendly.

Great location and easy to move around the old town. Breakfast was good too and friendly staff. The free bicycle comes in handing to get around.

The room was clean and the service was good. But there was no air conditioning in hallway and very strong mold smell

We stayed at Laluna Riverside Hotel in early March. The hotel is very convenient, close to the Old Town, Hoi An Market and night market. The room is spacious and the staff was nice, especially Nancy Nguyen who cares for our need and always ready to help. Her English is good too. We booked tours through the hotel and the price is reasonably. The basket boat and cooking class was great. Massage is good as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

Location is near to hoi an ancient town. The room is a little small but customer service is excellent. Breakfast is not too bad but the food abit cold.

Cosy boutique hotels, friendly receptionist, GM, Manager frequently walk around the restaurant and lobby to greet the guests. Welcome drinks and farewell drinks provided. We stayed 4 nights still find breakfast reasonably good. Aircon is not centralised, Booked king suite river view room the comes with 2aircon. Walk a very short distance to old town. Popular hotel with their locals and foreigners.

Pros: Trust me, it's really close to the old town, one of the closest hotels you could find yet you can find ambiance here as well. It's the perfect balance. The staff was very professional and helpful. They will go the extra mile to address all your needs. Breakfast was great and there was a wide variety. Cons： The hotel is not extremely new but well maintained. The aircon is acceptable but a bit on the weaker side.

1. Laluna location is convenient; walking distance to ancient old town and hotel is located just across the river. 2. It is a small boutique hotel (not catered for big tour groups though) but it comes with adequate facilities and excellent service from all levels of staff. All staff are friendly and always on the move and attentive to guests' needs. They always carry a smile with them wherever they are. Good job! 3. We have no issues with the Wifi connection within the hotel. All is working well. 4. The hotel manager is super accommodating and friendly (too bad didn't get to remember his full name but managed to take a picture of him with my son! haha). I always see him going around every morning to every table and greet every guest and ask about their stay. This is superior service with a personal touch. He always tend to watch out for my 7 year old boy and plays with him and keeps him occupied too. He can even communicate with us in Mandarin besides English as I heard he had stationed in SG before for 2 years in the hospitality line. He also helps by recommending to us all the good places we can go for our lunch or dinner even on the very 1st day we checked in the hotel. We have also booked our "My Son Sanctuary" and "Coconut basket boat ride tour' thru him via the hotel and it is done with ease and we have enjoyed both the trips very much. Overall the prices for both tours are affordable too.... 5. Breakfast spread to me is adequate, nothing much to fault. 6. Would prefer if there will be more hotel lifts and lifts are wider and hotel room comes with carpeted floor. It will be even better if the hotel has more levels. Would prefer if the room comes with a SMART TV 📺 and bigger beds too. Overall, it is a pretty good experience staying in the hotel and interacting with the staff. Thumbs up!! Keep up the good work!! Hope to see you again in the near end and thanks for everything throughout our 3d2n stay in Hoi An-9 to 11 Dec 2022!! Miss you all....
