Thanh Binh 2 Hotel recensioner

This was a really convenient hotel as far as location was concerned. The advertised pool was actually around the corner at their other branch. That should have been stated in their advert. The staff were really helpful with transportation and luggage and advice.

Good service

The room is okay for this price range. However, there’s no water bottles & small towel supplied. Also, there’s nothing at the pantry and fridge too. Throughout my stay, the TV doesn’t has a connection (according to the reception, its an error from the entire Hoi An area).

Overall not bad

ไฟในห้องกระพลิบน่ากลัว ทั้งโรงแรมมีเราแค่เพียงห้องเดียว โรมแรมเหมือนยังสร้างไม่เสร็จดีแล้วรีบขายห้อง สระไหว้น้ำที่เอารูปมาลงก็ไม่ใช้ของโรงแรมนี้ รวมไปถึงล๊อปบี่ก็ไม่ใช้แบบในรูปเลย

와우 갑자기 예약한 숙소인데 생각보다 너무 괜찮아요 위치도 올드타운 입구이고 근처 편의점도 있고 특시 프론트 직원들 5스타급 친절함에 감사합니다

직원친절 굿굿 청결도 조금 그렇지만 냄새가 나거나 지저분한건 아닙니다 가성비 아주 좋습니다

올드타운과 가까운 위치, 젤 작은 방인데도 엄청 엄청 큼. 좋았음!

Checked into the hotel under the recommendation of a fellow traveller I've met earlier. Every thing was fine until I took a shower. SCALDING HOT WATER started coming out of the shower head. Ran out of the shower and down to the reception to find out what was happening -- only to be met with condescension and indifference (standard fare for foreigners in Vietnam). First, they didn't believe there was a problem with the water. When they finally did -- they simply blamed me for turning on the hot water and for activating all the hot water that subsequently came through. WOW THANKS. And they didn't even apologize. I am thoroughly shocked and disgusted by what just happened. Don't ever book with this hotel.

Thanh binh 2 is a must stay if you’re in hoi an, the staff especially tam the manager has a heart of gold and is extremely helpful with any problems or if you’re wanting to book seperate activities, all the staff made it feel like home. The hotel is very clean and has a great design with very comfortable beds! I will be back here 100% when I’m next in hoi an!

Lovely hotel and great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean. We had AC and a balcony, the location is fantastic as well. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception team. Fresh water refills on the ground floor and a convenience store right next door. An abundance of street food and multi cultural cusines near by. The Old town is a stone throw away. For the price of the room it's amazing value. Would definitely recommend!
