Beautiful place. Good view from the balcony. Nice hosts. Breakfast has different options — I had a really big plate of rice. As for cleanness, everything was good except for someone’s hair in the bathroom trash bin and light smell of mold in the room

This place was clean and had great service from the owner. She was very accommodating and offers many different services. I recommend.

Lovely place to stay, great breakfast and good coffee! Very friendly and accommodating hosts, and the room was beautiful. Really nice quiet location just out of the city, amazing value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

호이안 중심지에서 좀 멀어서 그렇지 조식도 주고 시설도 괜찮고 좋았습니다

We booked for two nights but were so impressed that we booked an additional night. The owners and staff were excellent with great service. The room was clean and comfortable with ensuite facilities and air-conditioning. Parking available for 2 or 3 cars. Taxi ride into Hoi An was about 15 mins.
