Friendly staff, good location, nice river view. Very close to night market.

Location is good. Breakfast could be better. With the price paid could get better hotel along the street.

Location is good, breakfast is exceed your expectations. Staffs are very kind despite of arranged room at ground floor, overall are good.

We got a diferent room as what we booked for, but thanks to the lovely staff it was solved the next day. The hotel is just outside the busy old center of Hoi An and quiet at night. The staff are the most adorable people and during check in they give a lot of tips what you can do and eat in the area. The breakfast is good with a lot of different things to choose from. Reccomend this hotel!

The small hotel was clean, cosy and close proximity to the town. Breakfast was decent with good spread. The room has view of town and river. During monsoon season, there was intermittent flooding around the town so be careful and hitch a taxi ride back. Please don't walk back during small flood and keep an umbrella with you. Overall, the place was flavourful and emits its own splendour. Love Hoi An.

Breakfast not as good as mentioned in advertisement. The hotel is a 3 star hotel. But location is opposite the ancient town.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, and hotel located at just a 5 mins walk to the night market. Upgraded our room to have balcony and river facing without much hassle. The staff are helpful and accommodating. However, we felt the indoor pool is small and the pool water is stagnant, hence not comfortable to dip into it although the weather is very hot during our visit.

This property has the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team of staff. Although not everyone is perfectly fluent in English, their comprehension in understanding your needs is perfect. They strive to make your stay enjoyable and in that they did. We had a memorable stay.

Nice Hotel with good service

ホイアン旧市街やナイトマーケットに近くロケーションはとても良い。設備も清潔感も充分。バスルームの水はけもよく、お湯もきちんと出た。 小さいホテルなのでロビーもあってないような感じだが、朝食はこじんまりとしていながら品数も多く、味も美味しかった。ただトイレットペーパーを捨てるゴミ場に蓋がないのはすごく嫌だった。（ベトナムはホテルでも紙を流せないと思うので）スタッフも悪くはないがあまり笑顔は無い感じだった。その2点以外は満足。

建物全体的に古さがあった。部屋はまあまあキレイでしたが、部屋が思ったより狭かったです。湿気ぽかった。クローゼットに濡れたままのサンダルが入れられて気になった。しかし、朝ごはんは思った以上に充実してて、食材も新鮮で美味しかった。ジュースも新鮮で子供達大人気。宿泊料金は安かったので、総合的にはこのレベルに相応しいかもしれません

Давно у нас не было такого разочарования от отеля. Выбирали по принципу не жадничать, рассчитывая за уплаченные 86 долларов/сутки получить действительно качественный бутик-отель. По факту получили отель более чем среднего качества, в не самом лучшем состоянии. Лейка от душа была неисправна и расплескивала воду во все стороны (похоже, надо было просто прикрутить плотнее винт на ней, но без отвертки самим это нереально). Стены местами с плесенью. Завтрак невыразительный, меню мало меняется день ото дня. Из окна вид на ржавые крыши соседних домов впритык. Лифт один и на нем постоянно что-то крупное перевозит персонал. Ну и самое главное: вокруг отеля сейчас сплошная стройка. Перекопаны все подходы, работает экскаватор, меняют тротуары (причем никто не позаботился даже доски положить сверху грязной влажной земли прямо перед входом). Вплотную к отелю еще один дом строят и это явно надолго. Грохот и пыль стоят весь день. Ну совсем испортили все пребывание.
