We had a lovely stay in Hoi An. All the employees are so kind and willing to help. They give nice recommendations. It is also possible to rent a bicycle for free!

Fantastic place with great staff. The only issue is that the room was a bit too tight. The bed took up the whole space. That said I would definitely stay again. Loved the pool!

Nice place, good location and amazing staff

地理位置非常棒的飯店，可以看著會安古城古色古香，有不錯的游泳池，按摩也便宜，給我一個這麼美好的回憶，下次在去住。

มาถึงสิ่งแรกที่ประทับใจเลยคือคนดูแล พี่เควินแนะนำดีมากๆ เฟรนลี่ สุภาพ เราไปถึงตอน 12.20 ปกติต้องรอ 14.00 นี่ให้เข้าได้เลย ห้องกว้าง แต่เตียงแอบคัน มีรอยปากกาที่ผ้าห่ม ในห้องมีน้ำเปล่าให้ พร้อมกาน้ำร้อน เสียงแตรรถดังนิดนึงค่ะเรานอนชั้น 1 บริเวณรอบๆ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ หน้าโรงแรมหันขวาเดินตรงไปเป็นเมืองเก่าฮอยอันและไนท์มาร์เก็ต เดินไปถึงเลยค่ะ สะดวก

二階建てのこぢんまりとした感じの🏨 都合30室位かな、敷地にプールがある為か欧米人も、ちなみに宿泊に日本人女性2名^o^🏍️🚕使って移動しても繁華街迄なら250〜300vnd位、メインの🏮のエリア迄徒歩🚶♀️1キロ未満☝️スタッフ英語流暢私片言^o^とスマホベトナム語翻訳併用、いずれにせよ、コスパ良し⭕️

내부 공기순환이 안되어 장마철 느낌에 모기있고 하룻밤 지내기엔 가성비는 더이상을 바란다면 5성급 호텔을 에약 해야겠지요 굿.ㅎ

위치도 좋고 야시장이라는 또 걸어서 한 10분 정도 걸려서 시끄럽지 않아서 더 좋구요. 서비스가 엄청 좋았습니다 다 이것저것 해 주려고 하시고 자전거도 빌릴 수 있고, 체크인도 조금 빨리 도와주셨고요. 수영장은 넓고 깨끗해요 다만 제가 묵었던 방은 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심했어요

They graciously provided us with detailed maps and insider tips on which pitfalls to avoid, and their recommendations for local attractions truly enriched our experience of Hoi An. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed, the team kept in constant contact, ensuring we were informed every step of the way. Their support didn’t stop there—when our daughter fell ill, they immediately helped secure the necessary medication and offered caring advice that made all the difference during a stressful time. Their genuine hospitality and attention to every detail transformed our stay from challenging to unforgettable. Nostalgia Spa isn’t just a place to relax—it’s a haven of compassionate service and invaluable local expertise. Thank you for making our trip so much brighter!

Our stay at the Nostalgia Boutique and Spa was not only a pleasant place to sleep, but a fantastic home base for our time in Hoi An. Mr. Kevin and Linda elevated our stay to the next level, giving us insider knowledge on where to eat, how to eye out tourist traps vs local authenticity and giving us a few handy phrases to use in the markets. We really appreciated Mr. Kevin's warm greetings, and invaluable advice. Their constant support and willingness to help made booking other hotel services (laundry, spa, taxi) seamless and incredibly good value. The pool was clean and refreshing, and our massages were relaxing. However, the real highlight of our stay was the sweet and friendly gentleman Kevin who was always ready to help us with our bags, towels or anything else we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable with him looking out for us. I would highly recommend the Nostalgia for an authentic Hoi An experience!

Cannot recommend highly enough. The hotel is super central and only a few mins walk away from the old town with some beautiful shops on the way. Mr. Kevin made our stay exceptional from start to finish he welcomed us with big smiles everytime he saw us. He organized vip sleeper buses, private cars to Ba Na hills, recommended a wonderful tailor and many gorgeous restaurants!!! All of the staff at this hotel are just fabulous and couldn't be more helpful! It's value for money and has a gorgeous pool area!!!

Beds were Comfy, very clean room, good at arranging transfers to sun world and our previous location. Laundry service was cheap. Kevin at reception was extremely friendly, welcoming and informative upon arrival. The pool area was also nice but our weather wasn’t the best sadly :(

Kevin and Linda were the reason to stay here. Kevin’s most common utterance was “let me take care of that for you” Good location, easy walk to old town and convenience stores. Pool is nice and clean though the deck and much of the hotel has seen better days. Maintenance crews were hard at work painting and painting but more renovations are in its future. As noted in other reviews the old style rooms have a bathroom vent into the hallway which allows all kinds of noise in the hallway in, especially if you are on the ground floor. Even with the bathroom door shut you can hear other guests have conversations. I would rate this a very good 3 star hotel and a great value for the money. I tested the WIFI many times in my room and it was in the 20mbps range most of the time.

Nice friendly host, allowed us to check in early. Rooms were fairly clean, older furniture. Short walk into town! Net curtains looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time, there was only one room lights, no lamp / dimmer light. The bathroom had large windows / vents which lead into the corridor, while in the bathroom & hallway you can hear what other people are doing in their bathrooms which is not ideal… also the bathroom light is extremely dim.
