Bel Marina Hoi An Resort recensioner

There’s a busy road right in front of the hotel, so it’s extremely noisy. Even at night, car horns keep sounding, making it hard to sleep. The hotel doors aren’t soundproof, so noise still gets in even when they’re closed. Also, because the air conditioner is not a built-in system but a retrofit, the temperature is difficult to regulate. Although it’s called a five-star hotel, there are many aspects that fall short of true five-star standards. The bathtub and shower are combined, which is very inconvenient for showering. Furthermore, there are rooms where you can see into the accommodation from the elevator via the balcony, so you always have to keep the curtains drawn. Finally, the spa quality is very poor—compared even to spas in downtown Da Nang, it’s unacceptably low. Overall, the hotel’s quality is far from what one would expect of a genuine five-star property.

Staff there are friendly and helpful. Very near to town. All within walking distance. Love our stay there.

The hotel is new and clean, we would love to stay again in future. Breakfast is good. But, not many good restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is only a 5 mins walk away from the hoi an ancient town. Service staff were great as well and the rooms were big.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Superb location, quiet but a few minutes walk to the main attractions. Great pool and amenities with outstanding service from all staff. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return in the future.

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.
