Home stay is located near the old quarter Nice quaint room Friendly family atmosphere with a good breakfast

This hotel was very nice looking and had a family run feeling to it. The older managers were very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of, providing many snacks in the lobby, and items to choose from in the room. The women was very patient and waited to make a late breakfast for me. I definitely recommend this location!

這次是家庭旅遊 因為 旅店的房間是木質居多 所以剛進房間 味道真的會比較重 加上冷氣很慢冷 如果是在天氣很熱的時候 真的會覺得沒那麼舒服喔！ 還有， 只有隔壁有人在使用浴室 就會有打水的馬達聲音 這點不知道店家是否還有改善的空間呢？ 早餐部份 還不錯哦！ 是前一天先點好 隔天早上現做的 基本上 這樣的價格 是還算不錯的喔！

衞生乾淨，自選早餐豐富，每天早上現做的。泳池乾淨孩子每天都要游泳。房間提供的香茅精油很好，已拜託經理幫忙買了帶回國用。

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad, een oase in de stad. Goed gelegen, zowel goed fietsen naar de oude stad evenals het strand. Fijn dat het hotel gratis fietsen aanbiedt. We komen graag terug😀

The Perfect Hoi An sanctuary. I have returned to this home several times. and discover new charm each time. ( including my Honeymoon 8 years ago) . Sweet extended family runs a 6-8 suite ( ?) Homestay with a charming breakfast included. Hospitality is top notch. Pool is excellent. location in stunning. This Villa was the perfect choice for two seniors from Canada. It far exceeded any expectations. The made to order breakfast, peaceful surroundings, beautiful pool were all fabulous. The staff (Hoa) the cook, and (Minh) security paid close attention to every detail. The highlight was the owner, Mr Chung and his wife who is a doctor, who was able to diagnose and treat my bronchitis. He suggested tours, safety tips, arranged transportation and gave all around encompassing care. We feel fortunate for having the opportunity to stay here.

What can one say, the quintessential Vietnamese experience. Home stay of the mostest. The service is great from when you arrive, this courtesy of Hua, and it just gets better We just had breakfast and need time to digest we had that much and it was delightful Pho Bo, Pho Ga, coffee, green tea, fruit.... and the joyful experience of communicating with Hua, joking as we learnt more Viet Namese and she learns English...... just the best time We just had 10 days in HCMC and Nha Trang in 5 Star and we couldn't wait to get back to the Earth Villa. We know why! Love it here, love the people love the experience.

Small family run personal hotel, I think has only 8 rooms all with well appointed bathrooms. Complex very clean and bedrooms quite large and very comfortable. Location is perfect for all activities. You can walk into old town takes about 15 minutes, cycle or taxi in. Staff are delightful and cooked 3 course breakfast delicious. Large pool very clean.

This should be rated 5*. The moment you arrive here you are made to feel very welcome. The family are always around but unobtrusive. The bed was huge & very comfortable. The bathroom also huge & doubles as a dressing room. The loungers around the pool give good shade. Breakfast was beautifully presented & large portion of mixed fruits. Set back from a busy road but traffic noise minimal & this makes it easy to use “Grab” transport for 3k into old town. Ridiculously cheap.

Great place to stay! Clean, tidy and rooms were fantastic. Great location between the beach and Hoi An Town centre. Breakfast was great! Family run! All rooms look out over the pool. They have bicycles you can use. Restaurants, cafes, corner shop and markets down the road.

The Earth Villa is the best Homestay in Hoi An. We have been staying here for 10 years. So many pros. Large comfortable rooms with super comfy bed. Fabulous cool pool. Lovely A La Carte Breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely family who have owned The Earth Villa since being built. Great position. Many of the best restaurants in Hoi An is just a stroll away. Budget wise real value for money. Free push bikes. There are no cons. It is + +
