We had an amazing stay here. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Hoi an. The host is beyond kind and accommodating and the homestay has such a relaxed exterior and setting. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and just set off the main road so it's really peaceful. Can't give this place enough credit for how great our experience was and would have no hesitation rebooking here if we were in Hoi An again. 10/10!

Cashew tree is the best! I almost don’t want to write a review so that it stays as our secret! Every year we come to Vietnam as this place is most def our constant. Tinh is a great host! Attends to everything you ask for and more. I was ill whilst here and she did her best to help out. The rooms are clean, airy and very comfortable. Breakfast is great. I have nothing negative to say about here at all. I hope it stays open in A Bang forever. As long as it’s open- we will keep visiting for sure. Thank you for our stay Tinh!

We had a lovely stay. Tinh and her family are super friendly. When you wake up they’ll make you a delicious breakfast. Tinh cares about her guests, is in for a nice chat and helps you arranging your activities. It is a small family business with only three rooms and next door a nice family restaurant with good food. 2 minutes walking from the beach and a lot of restaurants around the corner, so a perfect location.

This family homestay is so comfortable and clean. And Tinh and her family who run it are such lovely people. Breakfast is delicious and cheap - you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I loved everything about my stay. Being away from the city and close to An Bang beach is just lovely. It costs only 90,000 Dong for a taxi ride to the old part of town, so well worth staying here for the peace and quiet. I also loved the little restaurants in the neighbourhood. There's even a distillery around the corner. And Tinh gives wonderful recommendations and even organises a driver to pick you up from the airport. She is quick to respond by Whatsapp.

I was stay in this villa for 3 nights , the room was nice and clean , the staff are very friendly and helpful , from the villa to the An Bang beach it take me only one minute by walk. what the most i love that is a breakfast so yummy and i know that i will stay here again if i have an opportunity to come back Hoi An again , good job :)) High recommend .

I can’t describe the kindness and care the host (and her whole family) showed me during my stay. I was very sick and she and her sister got me medicine - came to my room and showed me how to use it without me even asking. I also got into confusion regarding my visa and she went out of her way to help me…. soooo much care and kindness. The family also cooked me a traditional Vietnamese meal as I had stayed for several days - which was delicious - we had a lovely meal together where they showed me how to assemble all the food and we had a good chat about life in Vietnam compared to the UK. I also got some tailoring done with the host’s other sister and it great and given at a good deal! The other sister runs an amazing spa next door where I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life… the masseuse was extremely talented. Aside from all this (completely above and beyond) service, the rooms are sooo cosy, cute and clean and the breakfast delicious. The location is also great. Thank you sooooo much for all your kindness and hospitality - a home away from home.

We were staying in Cashew Tree Bungalow for 5 nights this month and really enjoyed it! It was very clean and cozy with a lovely breakfast. The host was very nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to stay!

I really liked this place. It’s a family run business and the family are really friendly. We stayed for two night purely because we like moving around but I would have been happy to stay longer. It’s close to the beach and offers a laundry service at a reasonable rate. You can get a discount on the massage place next door with an introduction from the owner. We had a massive storm that lasted 2 days while we stayed here but it was amazing. The shower feels like you’re outside and the rain poured down not the shower area. I’d recommend Cashew Tree for friendliness, location and comfort.
