The homestay is near the night market but far enough from hustle and bustle of it. Host is friendly and helpful and even gave us a ride to the tailor when we told them we wanted to get some clothes sewn. Note that the homestay is a walkup apartment.

สะมากๆๆๆๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของเหมือนจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมาก ความสะอาดให้ 10ล้านเลยครับ ผ้าห่มดีหอมอุ่น เตียงนอนดีมากๆ นำแก้วน้ำมาวางบนเตียงแล้วกระโดดเล่นบนเตียง แก้วน้ำยังไม่ล้มเลย แถมใกล้ ไนท์มาเก็ตมากๆด้วย สะดวก ใกล้มินิมาร์ท ดีมากกกกกกก

위치가 최고입니다. 바로 앞쪽으로는 리조트가 있어서 잠시 산책하기 좋았고 주인분들도 매우 친절합니다. 숙소가 저렴한 편이니 그러리라 싶긴 하지만 서비스생수가 없다는게 좀 아쉬웠어요.

My stay at the Quynh Chau homestay was an extremely pleasant one and an enjoyable one! I requested a driver to come and pick me up from the airport in Da Nang and he greeted me at the airport with my name on it. I was delighted to have arrived at the property as the place was so clean and the family that owned it were extremely polite and friendly, despite the language barrier (my Vietnamese is extremely limited)!! My room was just as it was described on *********** and it was also very clean and the bed was comfortable!! It was a very cheap stay and I would most definitely recommend the Quynh Chau homestay if you are on a tight budget. The breakfasts were amazing too and I had banh mi and Vietnamese coffee!! Thank you so very much for making my stay a highly welcoming one!! Cảm ơn nhieu!!

Stayed at Mrs Chau's delightful homestay from 28-31 Jan. Lovely family who truly made us feel at home. Well located in walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants, shopping, cultural experiences. Very clean, well maintained, beds made and towels changed every day, wifi, tv, can arrange transport if required. Glorious hot water showers. Enjoyed the included breakfasts. We will definitely return to enjoy Mrs Chau's hospitality!

The air conditioners in both our rooms did not produce much cold air. My suspicion is they have not changed the coolant in a while. I explained this to the male owner and he became agitated with me. I’ve decided to leave and write this review. It is a clean place with a great location. Both the male and female owners were extremely nice upon arrival. But without air conditioning in this summer heat and with the owner being agitated, it has become uncomfortable. The daughter came to our room and very nicely tried to mediate and she will hopefully get the air conditioners maintained better.

We loved staying at Quynh Chau home stay Hoi An. It is clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast is delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Chau took extra care when one of us became ill. We'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful homestay with a great location to old town! The room was lovely and spacious, the breakfast choices offered were wonderful. And finally the hosts were so nice and accommodating. They helped set up cars to and from the airport, plus a car to Mỹ Sơn Temple. Great stay!

This was a great stay. Well run, clean, great location and breakfast was included. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They organized an early transport for us to Da Nang airport. Good way to end the stay.

This is my favourite home stay ever, not just in Hoi An, not just in Vietnam, but in the world. The apartment is beautiful, cosy and clean. The family running the homestay is so kind and helpful. Besides our accommodation, they helped us with taxi bookings and all kinds of local activities. The homestay also served a delicious breakfast. We only stayed there for three nights, but the hosts really treated us like family. Cảm ơn anh chị nhiều!!!!

What a perfect stay! The owners of this home Stay are such kind, helpful and attentive people. Whenever we had a question, they were always willing to help. The homestay is very centrally located, with only a 3 minute walk to the famous night market and maybe a 7 minute walk to the main bridge of Hoi An. Yet it is a quiet neighbourhood and it is easy to get to with a cab. You can rent bikes through the homestay. The rooms are big and very clean. They have everything you need, like aircon, tv, mini bar, vanity and a little seating area. Most rooms also have a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great too - the bahn mi was delicious and they also offer egg sandwiches as a vegetarian alternative. Great value for money and the family who run the place really do so with much care and attention to details. Would highly recommend to stay here if you're in Hoi An!
