The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a car to go to the ancient city, and you can also borrow bicycles to go to the ancient city. It is cost-effective

Great staff, very new and clean, good amenities however the gym is very underwhelming for a hotel of this standard.

This hotel is very new and well furnished. The architecture and in room design is stunning. However, the location is a bit remote, which is good for someone who like an escape from the crowed areas.

Beautiful new hotel, tasteful decorated with large rooms and fantastic views of the river. The personnel here was the most friendly and attentive we ever experienced. We made good use of their heavenly swimming pool and we enjoyed the a la carte breakfast. The only minor inconvenience was the location, you are not very close to the best beach nor to the city centre, but the issue is quickly solved by an inexpensive and fast car ride.

호아안에 괜찮은 숙소에요. 베트남 단체들이나 중국 단체들이랑만 안 겹치면 최고인데ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ함께 할땐 시장판이에요. 조식도 괜찮고 수영장이 최고로 좋아요. 다음에도 한산할때 방문예정이에요.

飯店非常得好 服務也非常的棒 真的是適合渡假的地方 但如果晚上想逛會安的話就不建議 距離有一點遠需要搭車才會方便

櫃檯解說入住注意事項很詳細，泳池有較深之處，提供救生衣，白天也有工作人員在泳池旁，離會安古鎮有段距離，Grab叫車方便。隔音不佳，隔壁關廁所門會聽到聲音。除了隔音外，仍是好的住宿體驗。

올드타운에서는 셔틀로 15분 정도 걸리는 위치에 있어서 위치가 좋지는 않습니다~ 대신 직원들은 친절하고 청결해요^^ 문제는 제가 투숙했던 날 단체 손님이 파티를 밤 늦게까지 했었는데 안내문에는 밤 10시까지 시끄러울 거라고 했지만 파티 마무리 하니깐 밤 11시가 다 되어가고 사람들이 복도에서도 너무나 큰 소리로 소리치고 떠들어서 편히 쉬지는 못 했습니다. 미리 알려주었다면 예약을 취소하거나 다른 숙소를 갈 수 있었을텐데 투숙 당일날 이런 소식을 알려주어 저희는 아무런 대처를 할 수 없었습니다. 이 부분에 대해서는 많이 아쉽네요. 조용한 곳에서 편히 쉬고자 일부러 올드타운에서 거리가 먼 숙소를 예약했던 것인데 결국엔 편히 쉬지도 관광지와도 가깝지 않은 숙소가 되버렸습니다.

시댁식구들이랑 같이 가서 아주 즐겁게 잘 쉬다 왔어요 모든 직원들이 친절했고 영어도 유창했어요 저희가 묵는동안에는 중국단체 관광이 많아서 조식 종류가 중식아 많아서 아쉈어요 객실이 1층 2층 나눠져 있는데 연결된 계단이 없고 바깥으로 나가서 다녀야해서 처음엔 불편했는데 하루정도 지나니 편하더라구요 숙소 위치가 호이안 좀 안쪽이기도 하고 호텔주변에 시설이 별로 없어서 안좋았지만 동네자체가 한적한건 좋았어요 호텔시설은 생긴지 얼마 안되어 그런지 깨끗하기도 했지만 직원분들이 관리도 잘하셨어요 방역도 자주하고 매일 아침 수영장물도 순환시켜서 깨끗하게 해주고 청소도 원하는데로 해주시니 불편함없이 아주 편히 잘 있다가 놀아왔어요 저희 시어머님은 물을너무 좋아하셔서 아침 저녁으로 수영장에서 놀고 어린애들마냥 무지 좋아하더라구요 사진과 달리 수영장은 생각보다는 크고 깊이도 좀 있어서 놀기 좋았어요 호텔 규모가 작은지라 메인풀도 적당하고 애들 놀기에도 괜찮았어요 자전도 무료로 대여해줘 한적한 동네 드라이브도 하고 마지막날까지 잘 있다가 돌아왔어요
