The beds were super comfortable! Like, man, if you are looking for a place to crash after a day exloring the island, that's a great spot. Close to the center, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Buuut there wasn't hot water at the hotel, and construction all around.

Excellent stay at Awa Hotel! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. It was our first time in Holbox and I think we made the best choice. Jenny at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. She’s lovely. What I will remember the most is… THE FOOD!!! The chef is out of this world. Everything we tried was excellent. The fish tacos, the French toasts (and I’m French!), our kids are very peaky but they always find something to eat (the Pizza is amazing as well as the chicken fingers) The staff is very welcoming and hard-working. (Thank you, Agustin! Sasha!) On our first day, I fell in LOVE with the smell of Copal incense, and this nice guy who was burning some by the bar, gave me a piece of copal for me to bring back home. I found that very sweet of him, I still have it and it’s going back to New York with me! Thank you, everybody, we’ll be back for sure ❤️ take care!

Beautiful place with very nice staff. In the building there is a cafe where you can eat breakfast and a restaurant for evening. We recommend this place. Check in was quick, we were one hour early and we didn’t have to wait long for a room to be ready. There are a lot of friendly cats, beautiful pool and funny raccoons.

Great hotel in the heart of Holbox. Really well located, near but not IN the very centre of town. Stylishly put together with nice external sapces and pool. The hotel is also linked to a great coffee bar and bakery and a fantastic restaurant. Simple but well put together rooms which were clean and had all the amenities you needed. Helpful and friendly staff.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our six night stay here. Its just a few blocks from the beach and so reasonable in price compared to the very expensive beach front accommodations. It was wonderfully quiet there in the night....no loud bars and blaring music nearby. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. WiFi very good in the room. The room was cleaned every day. We felt very safe here.

En una isla bonita con súper playa encontramos un hotel agradable lleno de plantas y árboles, ecológico y con todos los servicios. Estuvimos muy agusto.ademas estaba muy bien situado y a cinco minutos de la playa. Nos facilitaron ir a ver la bioluminiscencia, que no está mal

El hotel es sumamente agradable, se descansa como rey, es una ubicación muy céntrica, el ambiente es familiar. La atención personalizada de Diego es excelente sumamente atento, servicial y eficiente. La relación calidad precio es buena.
