This hotel was new and clean. Our room was extremely functional, with two queen beds, a large couch, desk and trundle bed. My son said the trundle bed was much better than the average hotel sofa bed. The bathroom felt spacious as well. The breakfast was large and had lots of options. There was a large lobby and a beautiful gym with lots of equipment—weights, three treadmills and a couple elliptical machines. Staff seemed courteous and helpful, including the hardworking breakfast staff. The only thing I would change is that the bathroom needed more racks or hooks to hang towels and wet stuff. There were 5 of us and that’s lots of towels when there’s no service everyday. Otherwise, it was a perfect hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a Queen queen room and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The entire hotel was clean, including the breakfast area and pool. Lots of parking and convenient to restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Dairy Queen. We had plans in South Haven and Grand Haven, this hotel was centrally located for both. The best part was the friendly, accommodating staff. There were two wonderful ladies at the front desk, they were just delightful. One with dark hair and one blond. Wish we had gotten their names.

Wife and I stayed for one night while we visited relatives in Holland. Room and overall hotel were clean, comfortable and met all travel needs. Staff was courteous. I would give the hotel 5 stars except for two issues. First is the room lighting. It is poor. The room is shadowy and dark at night, even with all the lights on. In all honesty, the room deserves better as it is large and comfortable. Second is that the breakfast area closes at 10 am on the weekend. I know this is probably a non-issue to many, but I always appreciate the ability to eat breakfast late on the weekends while traveling. Other than these, SpringHill Suites Holland checks all my boxes under travel accommodation needs!

Excellent staff and breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Try to get a room on the 4th floor to avoid noise facing north. The patio outside is nice to sit out and unwind after a long day plus they have a fire pit if it’s cooler temps.

All staff were really helpful and always available. The room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping came every 2 days as promised. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. If i had one criticism, there was no hot tub.
