When I arrived to front desk, person who helped me with my check in offers me an upgrade of my original reservation, I took it because I believed that was an upgrade, when I arrived to my new room, it was not. Broken blinds, a noisy AC, old fashioned bathroom, far away from pictures of my original reservation. Immediately I told with front desk and request my original room because the new one was terrible and I had paid for a better one. After a couple of minutes they check for my original reservation -and assigned to me my room, but for my surprise, when I arrived to my room, someone was inside, my room already was assigned to someone more. I came back to front desk and report the situation and after 30 minutes I get a good room. All the situation was between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am, at midnight, was a terrible experience.
