Palm Tree Villas is fabulous!! Just 200 steps from the beach are these cozy villas with a very quiet atmosphere! It has its own pool, BBQs, private patio, kitchen utensils and state-of-the-art appliances where you and your family will have an incredible vacation. If my family travels to the Gulf of Mexico we only stay here

The unit was clean however several items were not working! The shower head was held up by a hair tie(clearly broken) the shower shelf broken and covered with scotch tape , the tub did not drain so that was held open by a sponge! They should have not given us this room and focused on correcting the broken items. My sister was stung by a wasp on the patio our first day there! We could not use the patio the entire time. They did not properly remove the nest and the wasps were working to rebuild it the next day. There is not someone consistently on the property. The pool was heated but felt the patio was small around the pool. We did like the location, nice quiet area of the island

This is my third year staying at Palm Tree Villas ! I love the villas and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer this year in the Grande! Very clean and Wendy is such a good host! The location is perfect! I will always stay here when I go back to AMI !

We enjoyed the “Majestic” suite for a 5-day weekend on AMI! The location was perfect- very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy to work with “Wendy” if we had any questions and a quaint little property.

Palm Tree Villas was very clean, great location and had great communication. Would highly recommend staying here. Walking distance to the beach and 1/2 mile to town. Very centrally located and all the locals are very nice as well. 5 star review!

It was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, and we will be back for sure. Wendy was a great host. She upgraded our studio to a two bedroom villa because it was available and lent us beach chairs. We really appreciated it. The Villa was well appointed with new appliances and all the things you need. There was a lot of TLC in the furnishings. Lovely patio outside with a bbq. it was a great location on beautiful Holmes Beach, which was a very short walk away. Loved it.

I have stayed at numerous units here each time has been a pleasure. Palm Tree Villas is an absolute gem for a beach getaway! The place is spotless, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants . Each unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and stylishly updated. Can't recommend it enough for a perfect beach escape!

The kids and I had an amazing time in a beautiful location. Love the ambience and especially the cleanliness . Manager was very attentive and made sure the kids and I were taken care..looking forward to our next visit ..

Palm Tree Villas is a great vacation resort. Quaint, clean and so close to the beach. We stayed in the Queen and it was recently remodeled and sparkling clean. We enjoyed all the amenities and super manager.
