Premier Inn Holyhead

Had to visit on Holyhead again for business and decided to change it up from the travelodge. I visited and immediately there was a man complaining to me about his excessive bowels saying its a outrage and a hate crime how they cannot let him use the toilets.I thought the receptionsist Anne really shown her proffesional side and ended this conflict.The room is very nice premier inn is a high standard. The breakfast is good and all you can eat. I then went to the local sports centre and payed 7.50 to go the local gym I arrived at 10 am and the gym was dead quiet must of opened around this time. Lovely stay definetly reccomend .

I had the holiday from hell at this lickle hotel. Recently went to blackpool on me own and loved the seaside features. Was lookin on the tiktok and saw holyhead so decided to book. Didn't think about looking at the place thing of the hotel and fully wish i did!! Couldn't drive so saw the straight through train from stockport to holyhead and saw how good the train station in this licckle place was. Arivied in holyhead and relised I was around 45 minutes away from the hotel walking!!! So I thought to me self, hay ho. Ill grab an uber. In what seaside resort town is there no Uber!!! I then decided to take the treck and pick up some imodium on the way for me ibs (trying to spread awarenes so get the word out). By the lidl i was huffin because I had to hike up a massive hill! at that point I decided to sit on the swings in a local tiny park and phone a taxi. Cost me £5 and took 80 minutes to arrive! Worth every penny however. Arived at the hotel at around 2:15 and was told me room wasn't ready. Needed a bad bob and the staff wouldn't let me use the toilets because theyd just been cleaned! when i said i was gonna errupte over the lobby i got a dirty look cant win!!! room and food were lovely but the hotel is near nothing apart from a gym. It's like a soviet building. Next morning had me egg and bacon and decided to burn it off in the gym. What gym is closed at 9 am on a saturday!! Was going to walk to treaddur bay and ended up realising it was a very large walk and needed a taxi. Couldn't affoard a return ticket as it would reach into my benefits allowence. Spent my time in holyhead watching pointless and drinking fanta. Overall hotels good but in a horrible area. Recomend blackpool holyheads a watered down rhyl!!!

I was staying here for 5 days in March for work and was blown away with the quality of service and food. The food was good all of the nights I stayed and was presented and priced well. Ben and Rhiannon (2 members of staff), upheld excellent service right the way through my stay. They welcomed me to the hotel on the Sunday proffesionally and friendly, they was always avaliable as well for queries and made the stay even better.

The welcome was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. There was a good selection for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was a little on the cool side but there was a good choice including bread and pastries and plenty of tea or coffee and juice.

We’ve stayed at this Premier Inn several times. The staff are wonderful, always exceptionally pleasant, helpful, efficient. The hotel is in a quiet but accessible location. Easy parking. Rooms clean and comfortable. Public areas pleasant. Food good. Great value for money.

I think with premier inn it’s above a travel lodge. Had a hair dryer and hand , hair and body wash. Lifts to all floors. Spacious room and quality bed. This room had amazing black out curtains and was in a quiet location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.
