The incredible team of staff in the restaurant worked so hard on an extremely busy evening. Special thanks to David L, Jess T, Ethan Jones, Karen Jones and Ben. There was a small wait for food but it was worth it and the team were very gracious when some rude impatient people complained about the short wait. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the parking free and the location great for getting the ferry to Dublin.

Amazing service from all the staff. Ben the manager was really good about my daughter’s allergies and went out of his way to help us with our food order. Made my daughters stay and was really appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Stayed overnight before catching the morning ferry to Dublin. The hotel didn’t look very appealing from the outside, but once inside everything was great. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the young man at reception and all the other staff we encountered were equally cheerful and friendly. The meal deal was good value with a tasty evening meal and the breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Would certainly stay again if travelling to Dublin.

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Hotel was very clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic and a credit to the business. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made a difference to our stay! Breakfast was decent on all mornings.

The hotel looked quite tired outside, very dry wooden panels. Parking was good and it’s very close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was very poor, very oily potato in the cheese and bacon starter, both steaks were awful. Grey in colour, soaked in oil, tasteless, the chips were incredibly oily, cooked at too low heat, to be honest it was the worst steak we have ever had, and we even paid extra for them. We’ve stayed at Premier Inns for over 20 years, and this evening meal was the worst at any hotel or restaurant.

We stayed here last night before our ferry to Dublin The room 223 was a standard Premier Inn room but no spare pillows and despite reception telling us twice they were there eventually they provided 2 Dinner was an utter nightmare . We sat down at 7.30 pm but our meal didn’t arrive till 9.05 pm ! The place was just so busy with not enough staff . The waiter and waitress did their best but couldn’t cope . They were very short staffed . The hotel management must of known there was an MG rally staying but hadn’t provided any back up People were getting angry ,staff were getting upset and the place looked a mess as staff couldn’t clear tables and bar due to lack of staff

My friend and I shared a room for 7 nights. All facilities in room were very good. Only slight niggle - the TV was old and slow to operate, might be a signal issue. Evening meal & breakfast deal was very good value with 'full English' unlimited. Continental breakfast was inadequate - no cold meats, cheeses, or cold boiled eggs. Overall price was great value at £48 per night - prices after our stay were alot more. We left on March 31st 2025.
