Complimentary Breakfast was nice, parking was convenient, and people at front desk were welcoming and friendly. Negative side - fold down sofa bed for 3 adults allowed less than a foot between it and king bed!! Sofa bed for adult#3 was not comfortable & sagged at foot end. Not a good arrangement!! Recommendation: Don’t use the 1 king bed suite with sofa bed for 3 adults!!

Our family of 5, with 3 young adults, stayed here after a Southern FL road trip before flying out of MIA. Great comfortable LARGE rooms. Savana at the front desk was super helpful and gave great recommendations and was the best hotel front desk staff I have experienced in years!

This hotel was a pretty nice place to stay. We really enjoyed having a kitchen that had everything we needed. The bathroom was also pretty big. The pool wasn’t heated though which I guess makes sense for the temperature in the summer but in winter it was pretty cold. There was a little basketball court that they had which we enjoyed playing at. They also had a ping pong table which we liked. Would recommend if you are staying in homestead especially considering there aren’t that many choices.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. Clean property and very nice room. I also have to recognize Milagro from the front desk as one of the best associates we have encountered. She was super friendly and helpful. For a Monday morning checkout she brought the energy! Our stay at the Townplace Suites in Homestead was very nice overall but capped off by Milagro. Our stay was perfect in every way! Friendly staff, very nice, clean rooms, good complimentary breakfast and a nice pool area with grills. We were very pleased. A perfect place to stay when traveling between Miami (or the Everglades) and the Keys

You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in the Homestead area. This hotel is very new, with spacious & quiet rooms, and is incredibly clean throughout. Even the stairwells are nice! I also appreciate that the person checking us in didn't hesitate to honor a free late checkout with our Marriott status. No questions, no sighs, just a friendly interaction. As far as your standard mid-range hotels go, this property is the gold standard.

better and more comfortable the the usually townplace. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great kitchen tv room and large shower. great firm mattress. jus a great place to be at after work. will stay here again on the next trip

Compendium: Customer oriented staff. Simple and comfortable rooms. Decent amenities. Well maintained. Very short distance to shopping sites. “So, why would you stay all the way out in Homestead, which is sort of like in the middle of nowhere?” That’s what a friend asked me after a few stays at this hotel at the tip of Florida. I informed the individual that this TownePlace was definitely a hidden gem in my eyes. It is definitely a distance from the major cities like Miami, Doral and FLL but it is still a great choice for many reasons. If you are fond of shopping then there is a shopping plaza ~ 5 minutes driving distance, with off-price retail stores like Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Max, and brands like Old Navy, Kohls and the must try ‘Its Fashion’ for fashionista females who might love trendy or urban clothing(I found myself wanting to either pick out some items for friends or just bring them and watch them find multiple beautiful items at a great price.) There isn’t much of a view but there is a Wendys in walking distance, and you can make a quick dash to Publix or Mcdonalds across the street. The front desk staff to the housekeeping and maintenance workers are always friendly, personable, and some staff like Sasha and Maria - definitely my favorite front desk staff and housekeeper, respectively - will always ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Maria would often ask if there is anything I need without being prompted or asked. Their personalities and work ethic are both awesome and perfect for their positions. The hotel also seems to uphold safety and privacy standards rather well as I’ve always observed them asking for identification in a polite manner. Even Jesus, one of the maintenance workers whom I constantly ran into, was very friendly and would greet me with a “hey” and smile even when I wasn’t aware he was nearby. But if you arrive at night you will possibly be greeted by Emory and Elias who are also very likable and amiable. As I’ve stayed at this location a few times, I can say that the rooms are well maintained for a hotel built in 2016. Maintenance ensures the hotel is well kept and preserved. The rooms are simple with no bells and whistles but you’ll feel relaxed and comfortable. The TVs are a decent size, maybe 47', and there is the basic selection of channels . They do come with a full kitchen setup. Utensils are provided. The showers have always felt clean and hot water is always available. The gym is a decent size(maybe borderline spacious) with an adequate selection of equipment. I once grilled at 2am in the morning and was even able to get an oven mitt upon request. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast and it is a decent selection. There is often yogurt, milk, Belgian waffles, cereal, and veggie frittatas. The breakfast staff is very friendly so if you do not see something you like do not hesitate to ask, as I’ve seen about two people ask for something specific and the kitchen

Excellent service at check in, they're so friendly, slept well, liked the 1 bedroom suite room 501 beds excellent, showers were great, breakfast 1st morning just had toasted bagel, 2nd nite had scrambled egg, sausage , parking spaces were closeby, whole experiences were awesome, housekeepers were super friendly always smiling, all the employees all were smiling felt like I was on a cruiseship the hotel itself was awesome nothing negative, best place to stay period and very reasonable, the other hotels in area might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. stay cheap and you run into noisy or druggies ...This was our first time staying at Marriott and loved our room suite. restaurants were close by, coral castle was interesting and you all were terric /employees ...I would stay there again and again. Best place to stay.
