Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath townhome in the most convenient location in the heart of desirable Homewood AL. 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham, walking distance to SOHO, restaurants, shops, parks, grocery, etc. Also 5 minutes from UAB, Brookwood, and St. Vincent’s hospitals. Newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Patio, dining room, kitchen with all the essentials including a keurig to brew pods or drip coffee. Great Stay
2nd time we have stayed at Trey's condo. Always clean and he is helpful. This is our new go-to place to stay when we visit Homewood. Great location!!

Dad’s Funeral
We stayed over the weekend for my father-in-laws funeral. The condo was very cozy, but had just enough room. Very updated and clean in a great location, in walking distance great eateries. Very attentive and responsive host. All and all a great place to stay!

Close, convenient and clean
We booked this property to move our daughter into Samford University. It was close to the University, shopping and restaurants. There was one tiny code glitch to get into the rental upon arrival and I mention this not to be negative, but to praise Trey for such quick responses and prompt communication. He took very good care of us. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Wedding Weekend
My husband’s Goddaughter got married that weekend. This Vrbo was conveniently located to the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and the reception. It was a wonderful weekend for our family!
