After having a bad flu and being housebound for a few weeks, we needed to get out and recharge. This little place proved to be just what we needed. Only four rooms so it is very peaceful, and the staff are so sweet and eager to please. There are also two very friendly dogs and a cat who come to great you and help you feel at home. Located in Homún it is the perfect place to stay and spend the weekend exploring cenotes. Homún is exploding with cenotes and Reset is perfectly located to explore them.

Dream environment and exquisite design. I can't wait to enjoy this pleasant place again and especially the people who make this unique place possible. There are many places in the world to discover but without a doubt Reset Atemporal and the natural wonders around it are unique. Thank you for this life experience.

Beautiful grounds and lovely pool. Lots of birds and butterflies. Very quiet and good location for visiting nearby small towns, ruins, and cenotes. Welcoming staff with knowledge of the area and cenotes. Hotel is a little quirky, but a tranquil setting overall. Will appeal to independent travelers. No real bar with variety of drinks. There were a few drinks on the menu; sangria was good but I would have liked more choices. Food menu was limited but guacamole was good. Bed was not comfortable, but if you have an action-packed day, maybe you won't notice it too much. THis is a quiet remote area and this will work only if you have your own transportation. Driving between hotel and sights takes a bit of time as roads are smaller and go through many local small towns.

Attention, en cas d'annulation même dans les temps, "Emmanuel" ne rembourse pas malgré ses affirmations....et son manque de preuve de remboursement. De très mauvaise foi. Ceci est fort dommage, l'endroit semble fort sympathique au vu des avis. Une procédure est en cours.

Un endroit hors du temps, tout est calme, magnifique, fait avec très bon et beau goût! C est un lieu paisible, avec un personnel au top, ils sont adorables et soucieux de vous faire passer un beau séjour... Patron très prévenant aussi! La cenote est très jolie et intime...
