Location location location, this hotel is connected with a big mall and there are tones of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around.
And there is an underground station just on ground floor so it is easy to travel around.

The front desk staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and spacious.
The hotel location is good where there are bus station, MTR and shopping mall nearby.

We booked and paid for a standard hotel room on 31 Dec. When we checked in the room was unavailable. We were put in an "upgraded" room (which had been used as a service apartment; it was slightly bigger than the standard hotel room but very oddly shaped). But the room had many problems. The counter, utensils, and the water kettle are dirty; the boiled water from the kettle looks yellowish. The shower didn't work well and the water easily leaked out; this was a problem as the bathroom is tiny. Many standard items are missing: there was no shampoo, soap, slippers, or tissues. I had to go to reception multiple times to get those items.

Stayed for three nights and four days. Room is clean although minimal amenities (2 cans of water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided). There are some vending machines on the ground floor. Little sky garden area on 6th floor is quite nice as well.

Can’t believe they’re calling themselves 4-star. We basically didn’t want to touch anything in the room except the bed. The room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned - lots of dust, hair, and dirt. We asked for a fork and they didn’t have it. That was, after waiting on the phone for maybe 10 minutes - no one was there to even pick up your call. The place is fine of course if you’re just staying there for one night (like we did out of necessity), but honestly HKD900+ for this quality is a joke. I’d call it 2- to 3-star tops.
