Dear guests, please be aware that our hotel's fixed cleaning of *the booked rooms* is once every 3 days (that is, if you have stayed for three nights, cleaning will be done on the fourth night)~Towels are handed out at the front desk. If you need to replace them, please bring your old towels up for a change. We are a hostel, it is not fair for us to match the standard of a hotel with such a low price. Please take the elevator at Mirador Mansion (press 13 for the elevator). Our reception office hours are from 10 am to 11 pm. Please be aware that our hotel's fixed cleaning of *the booked rooms* is once every 3 days (that is, if you have stayed for three nights, cleaning will be done on the fourth night)~ If you have any problems with your room during your stay, please feel free to contact our front desk directly to fix them. We are a hostel, it is not fair for us to match the standard of a hotel with such a low price. We are a budget hostel and our guests choose us because of our cheap prices. We have our own costs and budgets, just like our guests. We try our best to solve the needs of our guests, and at the same time, we also try our best to improve the facilities and standards of the rooms, we are now redecorating some rooms every day to meet the requirements of our guests. Starting your travel from here is very convenient - a few minutes walk to Victoria Harbor and the giant shopping mall Harbour City. Then take the Star Ferry can be across the harbour to Hong Kong Island. That is the reason why Tsim Sha Tsui is a popular choice for many tourists. As for our hostel, it can not be compared with those costy hotels. But our hostels have the best prices in the most prime locations. As a hostel, our cost-effectiveness is very good, tourists can also save some of the cost to spend on food and shopping, and I hope to leave a pleasant impression of your trip ~!--Irene
