 hello everyone this hotel is very close to the stadium and the surrounding are quiet . The hotel staffs are friendly and the room is clean and modern. I recommend y’all to visit this hotel thank you.

I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to Kai Tak Stadium, which was convenient for the event I was attending. However, the surrounding area is still quite underdeveloped. There’s very little nearby, and it’s a considerable walk to the nearest MTR stations. The walk itself isn’t pleasant, there’s minimal shade or tree coverage, on sunny days it can get extremely hot. If you’re planning to stay here, be prepared to rely on Uber or taxis to get around frequently. Although the hotel is relatively new (opened in 2024), I encountered several issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room had a strong smoky odour, not like cigarette smoke, but more of a burnt smell. While an air purifier was provided, it didn’t help much. The only way to reduce the smell was by setting the aircon to a very cold temperature, it has to be below 20°C for the smell to be bearable, if it's above 22°C, the smell became quite strong again. The bathroom design was also disappointing. The floor tiles weren’t sloped correctly towards the drain, which caused water to pool after each shower. The exhaust fan didn’t seem to function properly, leaving the entire bathroom damp and stuffy. If you’re looking for a place to stay while attending an event at Kai Tak Stadium, I’d recommend booking a hotel in another area and simply taking an Uber to the venue. Realistically, if you stay here, you’ll end up using Uber multiple times a day anyway. Given the price point, the inconvenient location, and the overall room quality, I unfortunately wouldn’t consider staying here again.

One particular lady at the reception has major attitude issue. I asked for a simple gesture but ended up asking her to call a manager then it was resolved. Pros: 1.New hotel 2.Ok location 3.Shuttle to mtr every 30 minute/ however on return to hotel route we couldnt find the bus even though we were on time. 4.Breakfast is decent but once its 10:30am they literally take everything away including coffee mugs lol. So get there early i guess. Cons: 1. The employees seemed to have a little attitude problem maybe this is a hong kong thing? For example you cant even leave your baby cart for 30 seconds in common area or else they will find you and require you to put it in a “designated” area even though its literally not in anyones way lol.
