I found stains on my bed sheets- called the reception, after 20 min they send a lady with a new pair of sheets, with very bad attitude, I had to change myself - when I call again the receptionist , complaining about it they hang up on me

Very cosy place. I really like the interior design — it feels just like home. Staff are nice and friendly. The only downside is that the shower screen doors look a bit dated and don’t slide smoothly.

Good location, near Fortress MTR and North point MTR (within 10 min walking distance). Lots of good food nearby, fast food restaurants, bubble tea stores, grocery stores, local market.
Shopping mall is within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible (MTR, city bus, airport direct bus, ding ding tram…).

Really nice hotel with nice amenities, new equipment and accommodating staff. Only thing is slight mildew smell, but that’s okay, still good stay

The hotel is new and clean. The location is also near the MTR, it is around 5-6 minutes walking distance. The market is next to the hotel which you can buy fresh food and cook in the common kitchen. There is a washing machine inside the hotel room, too. However, the bed and bathroom is quite small. Overall, it is recommended for a stay.

It’s look new, within walking distance to Mtr , a lot of public buses around . The room is good size for single person. The size is big enough for a 28 inch luggage , nice interior design , comfortable bed. The bathroom is standard HK size , however no bidet , please take note if required.
The street below is typical Asia market place, a lot of eateries around , typical HK.
