this is a scam. this is not a Hotel. trip.com should change its name. we got ripped $50 by booking at this. and end up booking again to another hotel. the room smells so bad and cant hardly breath.

It was a bit hard to know how to enter the room area, there was no clear sign of where the reception should be so I had to call the owner, she was kind and helped me check in well!~

The customers services is not friendly at all... if you need something help and don't have WeChat/ phone number it's quiet hard for you to asking help... no frontdesk.. I booked around 5 rooms all is different floors. If you bring old people they will confused how to go out, many corridor. Really out of my mind...

The staff in charge is very accommodating and friendly. She took care of us very well from day 1 to day 3. Our inquiries were answered instantaneously. I will definitely book again.

The room is good if you only want to sleep at night.. just the toilet is very tiny,you cant move inside.The location is good,very convenient and near to the mtr,and bus station.there are restaurant nearby.wifi inside the room is good too.

There are not much facilities in the hotel. But so far it's decent to stay, except the space is too small.
