During our stay, someone in a nearby room was constantly smoking, and the cigarette smell came into our room. The first time, my wife reported it to the reception. The staff said they contacted the room, but the problem continued. The second time, I reported it myself. The receptionist came upstairs with me and could clearly smell the cigarette smoke. However, she said she would not do anything about it. We are disappointed that our complaint was not taken seriously. We expected the hotel to deal with the problem and provide a comfortable, smoke-free stay.

conveniently located and easily accessible from the metr station 🚇 exit B2 . Refer to the photos! The internet connection was often breaking but once it gets online, it is quite fast. Also no regular towels are provided. Instead they have these one use towels. That can be awkward. On the positive side, windows can be opened to have fresh air in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, always happy to assist with a smile. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great value!

There are mainly disposable towels, which are very good! It's cost-effective. Because it's doing a special offer, the price is cost-effective. It's relatively small, but it's still acceptable. Overall, it's new and there's no strange smell.

Good value for money. Doors a a bit slim though so can hear loud neighbours occasionally.

Location is really convenient since it’s literally right next to the mtr station. Room is decent and there is a common area where hotel guests can share. Keep in mind the hotel is only equipped with one time use towels though.

The room was on the bigger side regarding the room sizes in Hongkong. Everything was clean, the lounge downstairs is also nice to hang out. It is only a 15min walk down to the harbor frontside. Although you have multiple bus stops and a mtr station within 5mins to the hotel, so the location is perfect.
