Great hospitality, small (but not extra small) clean room with everything you need. Even more: you have a nice private balcony (nice to take a cup of tea there at the morning). Also you have a wardrobe with lockets to keep your clothes and a table with chair if you need to sit by laptop for example. Very close to metro station and all central points of interests. Really nice and friendly staff. Room is cleaned daily (towels are changed in about two days or you can ask to change them if you need more frequently; bed was renewed once during our 13 night stay, but we didn‘t need and didn’t asked for more frequent change). If there is a problem (in any place something can go a bit wrong) all is fixed very fast. Free tea, laundry and different small things (like adaptor for example) makes being here super-comfortable. To be honest Pillows was better then 3-star (and of course more expensive) hotel of our friends in nearly everything. If I need to stay again in Hong Kong, I’ll choose Pillows without any hesitation!

Although it is located in the old building, but the room is very clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Not to worry about the amenities and they always respond to our request. Highlight recommended for traveller who is looking for budget and cheap hotel with excellent service 👍

Such a lovely place. The workers of the hotel are fantastic and so helpful. There's a community area in the middle which has cooking facilities and there's free coffee, snacks and wine. The rooms are clean and some have a little balcony. Location is superb and you are right next to cafes, restaurants, shops, bars and metro. Under 10 mins walk and you're at the waterfront. Perfect place to stay in Hong Kong.

Pillows Co-Living is a noce and friendly place. The kitchen facilities and laundry machine are really useful and the market around the corner has a lot of things. The place is average in cleaning while the location is amazing!! Considering Hong Kong price, this is a good place for money. We booked the room with balcony since I didn't like no windows solution, but the second one is for sure qiuiter. Our room was a bit too noisy. All considered, I can recommand this place.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures—bonus points for the balcony!

The staff at Pillows were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location is quiet yet convenient, very close to MTR perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

The inn is located inside a relatively old building, but the inn itself is clean and homey. Very near to Tsim Sa Tsui East MTR station and can easily access anywhere. The solo room is bigger than I thought, and well-equipped. If you need anything, the host can find it for you, from ear plugs, bandages to adapters. The room is also quiet. I will recommend for solo traveler with budget below $800.

Everything was good! Amazing hotel, hotel is located close to the city centre and Victoria harbour:)

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from the MTR East TST (N1), surrounded by local eating shops. Getting to airport by airport bus is approx 10 mins walk. There is 4 corners of entrance of the building. You must watch the exact address numbers of Lyton building to avoid confused to wrong elevator. Room is clean and comfortable. They provide the amenities and also connecting plug. Mr. Allan is nice . I will comeback next time. Bathroom separated to toilet and shower zone. Toilet is a bit old and some tiles are broken and molded.p They have water for refill at common area

We had such a great stay here during our 4 nights in HK! The place is in a GREAT location for its price, a nice shared kitchen and free laundry for our use. The service was the best - the owner and staff went above and beyond to help us source an extra mattress at no cost and at the last-minute. Location is also very safe to get home to with plenty of supper options around. Will definitely come back again!

Location is great with many cafes around and 7-11 nearby. Room was ok to sleep in and spacious with a big closet. There were all necessary amenities like hair dryer, slippers for room and toilets separated, and common area provide some small snacks. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Great stay, easy to find, friendly service. Shower very hot and good pressure. Clean. Good location with lots happening nearby.

The hotel is very well located close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, close to many restaurants and the K11 mall. It’s an amazing location, and getting to Hong Kong island by subway it’s quick and easy. This hotel is very budget friendly, room is small but perfect for a solo traveler, they offer towels, shower gel and shampoo. I was very happy with this hotel.
