Ganska bra för priset. Damerna i receptionen är snälla. Minifridge fungerade inte alls.

Service is great. Ladies at front desk are awesome. Bring your universal plug. Charging port is at the foyer by check in. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Slippers provided. Towels provided. unlimited Coffee at 3rd floor by check in ... suitcase storage available. Room service ladies are also 👍 good.
Ask for a room away from the elevator, the elevator can be noisy at night.
I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this hotel.

Great experience at a post modern/ new normal tourist hotel which is extra clean and problem free. I like especially my 2001 room number and its separation of basin and shower area. Though not large , the rooms here are use efficient. Free coffee/tea is available 24/7 on the lobby floor where ample free seating provides social space for guests and their visitors. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting Hong Kong, and I’m so glad I chose this place as my accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for me and my family. The location is also very strategic, with plenty of food options around the area. Definitely my go-to place whenever I travel to Hong Kong again! Love the coffee and tea at the lounge area

iclub Fortress Hill is a great choice if you want a modern, no-frills stay in Hong Kong. The location is excellent—just a few minutes from the MTR and surrounded by local cafés and shops, yet quieter than busy Central.
Rooms are compact but bright, with smart layouts and large windows that make them feel more spacious. The design is minimalist, and while amenities are basic, the free coffee, tea, and light breakfast at the iLounge are a nice touch. Staff are friendly and efficient, and Wi-Fi works well throughout.
It’s not luxury—expect snug rooms and limited extras—but for travelers who value convenience, cleanliness, and good value in a prime location, iclub Fortress Hill is a solid pick.

So upset with this hotel, the bed sheet is only put on the corridor and i saw the stain on the bed.
And appear the mosquitos in the room.
Also, after i checked out I felt itch on my skin,
I’ve to connect the customer service on the trip.com platform and their manager also compensate HKD 100 for me, it’s so ridiculous and they not to deal with the hygiene problem .

It’s a nice and clean hotel, it’s slightly cheaper than the average price of 4-star hotels so it’s a choice for travellers who doesn’t want to live in 3-star hotels but at limited budget.
The room is a bit smaller than average, but at such price I won’t be unhappy about it. And it even came with free morning refreshments!
However, the water speed from the shower is very slow. And thank god the water is still hot - It’s still barely sufficient for me to get a shower but that would be one thing that I hope the hotel could improve on.
Overall speaking it’s not perfect, but undoubtedly great for its price, highly recommended for ppl travelling on a relatively tight budget.

Requested for higher floor and they give us 30th. Good location where everything is within walking distance: convenience store just few steps from the entrance, Starbucks just across the street and of course MRT is only 140 meters away.
