Nära vid MTR-utgången och mycket bekvämt och sängen är bekväm och platsen är i mitten av tsim sha tsui. Den har även en hårtork och laddningsportar. Det varma vattnet var också mycket användbart i denna kalla vintersäsong.
Vi anlände sent vid midnatt vid 12 men deras incheckningstid är endast fram till 23.00. Så jag kontaktade dem och de gav mig deras whatsapp-nummer. Och därifrån fick jag hjälp av David. De gav en mycket detaljerad förklaring av processen och självincheckningen gick smidigt. De är väldigt tillmötesgående.
Wifi är snabbt.
Totalt sett var vistelsen 10/10 kommer att boka det igen när vi är i hk.

Great location and nice clean room. Very small and basic but ok.
Toilet could be improved as it is impossible to use it after the shower.

The Receptionist is friendly the room is fine not as big but its good since we just sleep in there the area is just near MTR station and some of the tourist spot

Bad choice, the single rooms are very small and without windows. To reach the floor you must to use the lift, often you need to wait more then 5 minutes in queue.

The overall experience was very bad. The first night, I had to sleep in another room because mine didn’t offer self checkin. Both beds in that room were dirty and the towels had stains. Furthermore, the room smelled very badly and I didn’t get any toilet paper. Then I got to move to my actual room which didn‘t have a window even though I booked a superior double room. It wasn‘t made clear in the booking process that these rooms don‘t offer windows either. In the second room, the bed sheets also had stains, there was someone else’s hair on the bed pillow and all over the bathroom. Also please be aware that the beds are shorter than normal. Even though I am only 174cm, my feet didn’t fit inside the bed if I lay down straight. It was not allowed to use the lock on the door.
On my last day I wanted to leave my luggage at their luggage storage. They tried to force me to give them a good review by saying that the luggage storage would only be free if I give them a good review right away. Only after I had reminded them that they offer this service for free and that I will not do that, they accepted to store my luggage.
The only good thing I have to say about this place is the location and that they quickly answered to my email before my stay.

The location is great. The bus to the airport is just across the place. There are many restaurants around. The staff cleans the hallways everyday. There's a water refilling area in front of the reception. There are 2 lifts. There are many stalls selling stuff on the ground level. I felt safe here during our entire stay.
But the toilet bowl clogged many times so we had to use a pump many times. The AC was hot We couldn't find the remote control so we thought that it was centrally managed. During the first few nights it was ok because of the cold weather. But during the warm weather, for two nights, we opened the windows for us to sleep well. Also, the shower cream needed replacement because it's not foamy anymore.
There's an upgrade of the room for a fee because the room that I reserved is too small for 2 persons. But I think we need not pay for the extra hotel fees(I'm not sure of the name, what I am sure was it's already included in my previous prepaid booking).
Overall, the place is worth the price.
