When we arrived the front office was closed and I called them they said all rooms were occupied .I didn’t do any confirmation before I arrived .then they asked the booking number and finally they gave us our rooms but the key didn’t work n they had to break the door.the worst experience I ever had

My friend enjoyed her stay in this hotel even though she had trouble communicating with the owner for check in at first. She arrived around 2-3am and no reception available when she called the contact number posted outside the main door, they had a bit misunderstanding because the owner can’t speak and understand English so well. Must have whatsapp or wechat app to communicate with them because on that app they will send you the pw and details of the designated room for the guest. Thanks

Very difficult to check-in cause Nobody present to do so ?! 2 1/2 hours to get assistant ;;

The check in was not that easy because aside from the owner doesnt know how to say english, The only person who was there was the cleaner. Tried calling but we can’t talk. Good thing the cleaner to download We Chat so that i can communicate with the owner via messaging. I was able to check after I giver her the downloaded file of the bookings- make sure you have it.

The aircon blows dirt and dont have attendant nearby and neede to download we chat to communicate because the lady doesnt understand english

I booking queen bed room but u give me double room no window 🤷‍♀️ tv not have channel, no have towel, no toilet paper, not clean enough. But also thanks give me chair. Give me reason nonsense, they say cause covid 19 cant supply stuff. 🤦‍♀️

The hotel were at perfect location . Near subway , MTR , bus stop . And also many shops and restaurants around . I stayed for 3 nights and it was good experience for us . The bed comfortable enough , the views front window also fine . Room are clean . The Lady owner was so kind and giving us good ways to easy check in and check out . Definitely will come back again 😉 . It's become one Of my favorite room as far even not to big room but it's worth it . It's RECOMMEND .

จองห้องพักเตียงคู่ไม่มีหน้าต่างไว้ 1 คืน ราคา 1,758.02฿ แต่ตอนเข้าไปพักห้องเตียงใหญ่1เตียง ถามถูกเรียกเก็บเพิ่มค่าห้องที่ใหญ่ 100HKD เพราะเจ้าของให้เหตุผลว่าห้องที่เลือกเต็มเลยเอาห้องที่ใหญ่กว่าให้ และเรียกเก็บค่าประกันอีก 100HKDก่อนCheck outจะคืนให้ แต่เราแจ้งพนง.ตรงนั้นว่าถ้าต้องเพิ่มราคาจะCanceled และจะแจ้งไปยังTrip.com ซึ่งพนักงานโทรแจ้งเจ้าของ ซึ่งตกลงกันได้ว่าไม่เก็บเพิ่ม แต่ตอนCheck outวันนี้ไม่ได้เงิน100HKDคืนตามที่ตกลงไว้และอ้างเหตุผลเดิมว่าได้ห้องใหญ่ซึ่งเป็นการเอาเปรียบผู้บริโภคอย่างมาก เราทำการจองถูกต้องจ่ายเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ถ้าให้Trip.comเต็มตั้งแต่แรกก็จะมีข้อมูลให้เห็น แต่ห้องที่จองผ่านTrip.comยังมีว่าง ซึ่งทำให้มองว่าที่พักแห่งนี้จะเอาเปรียบลูกค้าจากการเรียกเก็บเงินภายหลังเพิ่ม และห้องข้างลูกชายมาพักกับมารดาอายุมารดาเยอะพอสมควรที่ No period แต่พนักงานออกมาแจ้งตอนCheck outว่ามีคราบเลือดติดปลายผ้าปูที่นอนปลายเตียง แต่เราดูด้วยความที่เป็นProfessional Nurseก็ยังมองเป็นคราบเลือดเก่าที่อยู่ปลายผ้าห่มปลายเตียงด้านในและพนง.จะเรียกเก็บค่าชดเชยจากผู้พักเพิ่ม ทำให้เห็นแล้วว่า2เหตุการณ์นี้บ่งบอกถึงความไม่บริสุทธิ์ใจผู้ประกอบการจะเรียกเก็บเงินภายหลัง และป้ายหน้าห้องทางเข้าออกลิฟต์ก็เอาป้ายกระดาษมาแปะชื่อคำว่าHotelออก จะเลี่ยงการจ่ายVat%หรือตอนลงขายผ่านTrip.comทำให้Up level ในการเรียกยอดการจองเพราะมองว่าเป็นHotelที่ราคาไม่แพง แต่ความเป็นจริงเจ้าของที่พักนี้เห็นแก่ตัวและเอาเปรียบผู้บริโภคที่สุด ไม่แนะนำให้พักที่นี้เป็นเด็ดขาด เตือน!!! Black list!!! เรามีหลักฐานพร้อมภาพถ่ายและอัดวิดีโอไว้ทั้งหมด

地理位置是尖沙咀美麗都大廈超級好找，逛街美食都在附近特別方便 環境：香港這樣價位的酒店已經很棒了，看得出來是重新裝了，住着很舒服，房間有窗户 衞生：衞生問題不用擔心，非常乾淨也沒有任何異味 設施：要自帶牙刷哦，對了，是不需要帶轉換頭，這個很方便，房間內有吹風機 服務：美女老闆人超級好好唉，語氣好温柔的，還可以免費寄存行李，我們晚上回去拿行李很晚，也很有責任心把樓道的門半掩着，怕別人拿走我們的行李箱

出尖沙咀地鐵站D1號口左轉走個四五十米就到了，往前走一兩個路口就到海邊了，位置很好，環境也還行，床是夠睡兩個人的，這個位置這個價格還行，電梯也很快，空調效果還可以，衞生狀況也還行。

房間很小，但位置優越，在彌敦道上，離維港很近，旁邊就是地鐵站，出行很方便，周邊吃的也很多，離海港城也很近，我是多次入住該賓館，網絡也很好

500多的房間，設施太差了，空調噪音就像拖拉機一樣，和店主溝通店主回覆以前沒出過這種情況，我們來了才有，今早退房，我看幾個房間都有這種空調噪音，訂房入住之前，基本都在外面玩，晚上凌晨回來睡覺才發現這個問題，除了我家小孩睡著了，我是一晚沒睡，一直轟轟轟的聲音，五百多的房間消費來受這種折磨，店家一直踢皮球，還好我錄了個視頻，不然還以為我弄壞的，總之價格略貴，酒店設備老化，性價比不高，慎重下單，建議去佐敦旺角那邊的旅館比較好。

還可以吧 衹能説香港酒店確實均價太高 四百多買到四人間還是不錯的 我這個房間稍熱些 空調不是特別涼洗澡花灑有些漏水 不過總而言之衹能説是低價賓館的較優選擇 看情況選擇吧！
