Seasons Hotel-Causeway Bay recensioner

Honestly it was the worst stay I ever had, I didn’t expect the room would be so small and dirty. I cannot even open my cabin-sized luggage. The toilet is a sharing toilet and very very dirty as well. The room door is hard to open and closed, it’s already broken. The air conditioner needs to be repaired as well, I was sleeping while sweating. Imagine sleeping in a very small humid room with broken air conditioner…. Oh never again. The only good point is its location. It’s very strategic in causeway bay area.

I had a great stay, the hotel is at a convenient and busy shopping location at Causeway bay and the MTR station is just nearby, the room are small but cozy and i would definitely stay here again.

Front staff's service was good, but, They are not at the front desk, they are stay different building. so If I something need, I have to phone call them. And, I moved to another building due to full occupancy. The original building was very close to the station, but the new building was a just a little further away, and the area around the building was not safe, it was like a slum. The room is very small, mattress and air conditioner were dusty, and toilet was moldy. I have planned to stay several nights, but in the morning we booked another hotel. Sorry, I don't want to book again.

The place is not bad at all.. love the guy owner at the front desk seems so friendly and accommodating us properly 🫶🏻 will probably book this hotel again next time

Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in.Great stay. Hotel was near mrt & restaurant. Easy to find food. Small room but ok for short stay.

The location is close to tourist attractions, convenient to travel, but the service is adequate.

So I would say if you want some cheap place, normally I’d say it’s ok. But no. I won’t come back to stay again. The room in general is not bad. But the sink was just patched up. The fillers are still soft. Walls are paper thin. So if not for the price I paid for that night, I would say it’s not that bad, but for the price I paid. No, never again. If not for all the other hotels are horrendous in price that night I wouldn’t have book this place.
