IND Hotel

It was a poor experience the moment when we checked in. Cigarette smell was quite strong when we first entered the room. We requested for a change in room immediately and the staff agreed in a bad manner, I was a bit pissed because it isnt my fault that the room has cigarette smell, when the hotel mentioned it was a non-smoking room. We checked into another room and the smell was even worst! I was stumbled, the smell was unbearable so I have no choice but to request to change room again. The staff was rude this time, saying the system wont allow and saying its not allowed to change rooms 2 times, he was ranting at this point because it was troublesome to change in the system. After awhile the staff still managed to change the room for me but instead of a new room, i was switched back to the original room since it has no more room left. I have no choice and asked for sparys for the smell, and he just gave me a very close to empty spray which lasted less than 10s of weak spray. I had to open the window all night and full blast aircon to kill the smell but i can still smell the smoke throughout my 2 night stay. It was not a pleasant experience, if it wasnt the smell and the staff’s attitude, it would have been a much better experience.

Most of the stay was good, however, the soundproofing was very poor; I could hear faint snoring from the next room. The automatic curtains were broken, and the water pressure in the shower was insufficient…

The room was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly so I will book afain in the future.

Actually, the room is big in HK, very convenient downstairs also have the bus stop

Not close to MTR station. Rooms are quite big compare to the price. No convenient store close by and theres also nothing to eat close by. The easiest way to travel around is by uber
