Excellent for budget! I stayed for 2 nights, check in was fast & easy. Owner was well-prepare to assist GUEST Check out was also easy. . Room is great & Clean & Hot water Shower & Toilet is working well. Location is few meters from Tsim Sha Tsui MRT & Bus stop. Definitely recommend! Left lugguage after check out may not be so convenient due to no staff directly on this duty.

Everything was very good, much better than I expected! Very polite and friendly staff, fast responses in WeChat, and very good room. I was not asked for a HK$110 deposit, although it was written in the booking conditions, thank you very much ＜3

As a first-time solo traveler, Sir Leo contacted me over We Chat and gave me a warm welcome, even providing me with instructions on how to get inside the hotel. The location is really convenient for buses, trains, and restaurants, as you can simply go down the street and walk around. I also met some Filipinos in the building, which made me feel more at ease and I can say that it is a safe environment. I will definitely recommend the place to my friends in the Philippines soon visit honkong.

Toilet conditions is not good. Hv to fill up water for flush toilet :( toilet flush top is not covered so clothes may drop on it.

customer service is good, daily changing of towels, drinking water is available, outside of the building is not too crowded, very accessible to buses and MTR stations.

This is a good budget place with a very convenient location. The boss is very friendly and responsive, he was constantly in touch on WhatsApp and answered all questions. The only thing you need to take into account is that the rooms are not soundproofed. During the night you can hear many different noises from neighboring rooms.

Because hk is very expensive, this hostel/ hotel is a good deal for the location. Pros: great communication, location, price, check in and out times Cons: smells like mold, black mold everywhere, no water, elevator takes a long time, thin walls, no luggage storage (unless outside in the hallway is “storage”) For these reasons, I personally wouldn’t book again. The hotel keeper was kind and communicated the location, information and everything very well! Very responsive. I think my standards for a hotel are a bit higher!

The location is at the center of the city. The rooms are so small.
