Good location, 3mins walk to tram station and 10mins walk to MTR Tin Hau station! Comfy room and cleanliness too

The location is quite good and there is a new restaurant nearby for eating pasta! 👍🏻 the room is fair enough, but the aircon quite cold. Overall is good, will recommend for a short stay

Very nice hotel, very accessible and near mtr station with a lot of bus routes nearby. Room is clean, service is good, the bed is very soft and comfy.

Great location, friendly staff, easy to check in and out, small but adequate. Facilities: - the advertised hotel details includes “on site laundry” which isn’t true, but there is a dry cleaner across from the hotel and a coin/pay per use laundry store 5 min walk away - outlets: we were able to borrow adapters from the front desk to charge our phones and laptops, but it charges very slowly or does not work, and sometimes produces sounds that makes me afraid of getting my phone fried or myself electrocuted if I continue charging with it Cleanliness: generally clean. However, we smelled something similar to urine smell near the window side of the bed but I wasn’t sure from where it was coming from

Great price… spacious room for HK. Has everything you need. Highly recommend

The hotel location is great! Many good eateries around and is so close to MTR, bus stops and tram stops. We were surprised to see a mini ceramic heater in the room. In HK, most hotels/ office buildings do not have heat system. The ceramic heater made the room much more comfortable.

In the first room was a terrible smell, I asked to change the room. The 2nd one was a little better, but still had same smell. They had small heaters in both rooms, that was good as it was cool in HK during my stay. The location is good, very close to tram stop, 5min walk from MTR, close to the bus stop as well. The area is not noisy, so it was calm at night

I lived in this hotel about a week ago, my first time! Was quite impressed overall! That’s why I decided to book this hotel again this week, even bumping it up to a better room (double the price)! Quite disappointed because it’s only a bit bigger with everything pretty much the same! Most disappointed was a few hair on the pillows! Well, will pick other hotels next time!

Unsanitary hotel

The room was super comfortable and clean!! The amenities are basic but there are coffee + tea packs, as well as a kettle to boil water; but don't expect those to be fancy at all. Recommend to bring your own drinks to enjoy in-rooom. It felt more like a service apartment to me than a regular "hotel" style type of services which is exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. NOC is one of my favourite coffee place in HK and I was glad it's right next to it! I also love the location of this hotel!!

Clean and neat, very good location, easy access to trams. Many local foods to try.
