TERRIBLE STAY. Rooms were very small with very thin mattresses. No bottled drinking water, no toothbrush and toothpaste and no sandals. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning and the room looked old and dirty. With all the aforementioned, the prices were exaggeratedly high. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Good location. Room size is good.Cleanliness need more cleaning it was super dusty.

good place for solo travellers and cheaper price for a good sleep.  good private room for cheaper price.

Misled by your Clem who called me just before departure at KLIA that I can be transferred to a better grade of hotel at no additional cost than the Hakkas Guesthouse that I had booked earlier which had become unavailable due to a fire in Jordan. After accepting Clem’s offer, I called up the hotel to say I would be arriving after midnight and they said no problem. When I arrived I was told my double room is occupied and was forced to accept a single room with no towel. The following day I had a heated discussion with a thuggish staff who refused initially to give me the double room I booked. I stood my ground until he relented and I got a double room with no soap. Neither rooms had cups either. Upon checking my bank statement after coming back, I noticed an extra RM100+ charge for staying in this hotel! This is the first time I am using this app and it has given me a very bad impression.

they transferred us to other floor instead of the address place on the hotel booking.. when u enter the hostel u would notice that indian guys are everywhere.. place smells unpleasant. even beddings and pillow cases.. good thing tht we requested for them to replace it.room is just enough for 2. tv isnt working. place is near mtr and malls. no reception.

It's just that there is no lock inside the door, so it doesn't feel safe. I hope the store can replace or fix it, thank you.

This has been a horrible experience. First, when I arrived at 3 pm, the guy at the reception said they there was a problem with the room and that it's not ready! He said I should return at six pm, but he offered to store my luggage. When I got back at around 7:30 pm, he told me to wait, made a few calls and sent me to the 7 floor, to completely another guesthouse, Paylessi or something like that! The "room" that I got was nothing like the ones in the pictures, it was more like a toilet with bed. The toilet bowl's been obviously leaking for a while and the entire room was beyond humid, moist. So much so that the clothes in my closed suitcase were wet after being in the room for a couple of hours. There were things under the bed and it looked like a storage room. As it was the New Year's Eve, I didn't want to argue, I just went out and I wasn't even planing on sleeping that night. However, I got back at 5 am and I wanted to sleep for at least an hour but it was impossible because of the humidity, after 10 minutes, I would start coughing, so I left the room. I checked on the trip, they were still renting out rooms for that day, even though they obviously overbooked it. I understand that people need to budget, but this is not an acceptable option for anyone who has any kind of standard or dignity. Generally, those guys in Chung King seem to be working together and they just want to scam you "my brother"/"my friend". Needless to say, I'm never coming back again, and it is so much better to choose a location that is a bit more remote (HKG is really well connected), anything but this. P. S. The story about the elevator is also true - waited for 10 minutes always during the day,because there's only one small elevator for several huge floors.

It was a great and warm experience in the Centre of HongKong! Despite the fact that the room is really small it was clean and pleasant to stay. The owner is such a helper , enormously friendly stuff . I’m so satisfied with my experience there . Highly recommend

Great location in Tsim Tsa Tsui, easy to connect to MTR, room are pretty tiny but it was okay.

Honestly, this was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. I guess if you don’t mind the extremely small space and dirty towel and bedding then it’s okay. I only booked this hostel cause I needed to stay for one night only. But the fact that they did not even provide toilet paper or a clean towel, I won’t book with them again. I would pay the extra fee for a better room elsewhere.

The picture shown was not the same, but check in was smooth and we liked the size of the room than the one we booked at chungking mansion previously. Good to have a rest after long day exploring Hongkong. We stayed for three days, towel provided just hot water didn't always work in the morning.
