The hotel and the room is very spacious. The staff are extremely friendly, they even have free welcoming drink. Only downside is, the location is not extremely convenient but if you entered from Tai Lin Pai street after you got out from KCC it is straightforward.
Bed lining is a bit stained or worn out, but overall it js a quiet spacious and fairly clean room.

Me and family had a pleasant stay at this hotel, even though not very convenient to get to the city like Mongkok, Tsin Tsa Tsui, etc. But it's fair enough compared to the room rate. The room is clean, they are using very good quality of bed and the bathroom is spacious. Equipped with safety box, hair dryer, hot water pot, tea & coffee
Trip.com showed misleading 2 informations:
1. The towel not included. In fact we had it and those towels are very clean and changed everyday
2. No extra bed available. In fact its available for deluxe room type with extra cost $750/night

The nearest station is Kwai Hing mtr about 10 mins walk. There's hotel shuttle bus at metroplaza near Kwai Fong mtr just 3 mins across the station. U can visit the hotel website for the time schedule of the shuttle bus. It comes quite timely. Opposite the hotel has some small shops, eateries, convenient stores & bus stops. The size of the room is quite decent for Hong Kong for the price paid (I've paid about $450) stayed in Dec 2024. The hotel lounge food is not nice, don't try.. overall not too bad experience.

Hotel is clean and we had a comfortable stay. Location is not near the city but with the mtr it is not an issue at all. There is a shuttle bus which brings you to a nearby mtr station. If you don't mind a bit of walking, the nearest mtr is about 15 minutes walk.

Comfortable stay. Basic hotel which is clean. Walkable to mtr station but if you can't walk there is a shuttle bus to take. Value for money.
