M1 Hotel North Point recensioner

Washroom decoration is nice. The rest, are just above the average. If you don’t have special expectation you deserve what u pay for.

Place was okay. Very simple design. Location is very convenient.

Very run down facilities. Wallpaper peeling off, rustics shower cubicles, stained bed sheets, bath towels with holes, condensation dripping under aircon, stains on remote TV and aircon remote... doesn't look like there is any maintenance and housekeeping. Will not risk again to stay again.

Small but there are enough equipment for stay 1-2 nights. However the hotel did not provide the toothpaste and toothbrush

Overpriced shoesbox. Very dirty.

Checked in very late after work meeting. Smells bad as I enter the hotel. Shocked to find hotel dirty and run down . And expensive. Nearly 700HKD.Road was dimly littered. Will not reccomend and go back. Next morning checked out and found the whole area is a market with butcher stall next to entrance.

Bring your own soap and other toiletries. They don’t provide unless you pay extra for it.

NO shower lotion at all, bad , Phone has no instruction to call front desk.... Staff not helpful at all

Nice room and close to metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

The stay was okay, comfortable, but the smells of cigarette in the room would still linger, even though its prohibited to smoke inside, I think the cigarette smoke comes from outside. I would recommend some air freshener.

It so said that my friend cannot make it so we waste our money. And it cannot be refundable or rebook

I really like how spacious the room was! The staff are mostly helpful most of the time. I would come back next time.

Hot water not working well, i had to take cold showers. I dont know is it about the button or not. No soap included, only toilet paper and tea in room which is acceptable. They asking you to pay for the shower gel and shampoo kind of stuff. Asked 500hkd deposit, beware. Overall is okay can consider to stay again.
