The entrance is right opposite the Internet celebrity restaurant "Waso Cafe" and is also connected with a 24-hour Laundry service shop at the side. Good location and value for money.

At TANKITYOU Hotel, we were given a filthy, unkempt room; not even the bathroom trash had been emptied. The rooms were filthy, unbearable for a human being. Even the streets of Hong Kong are cleaner than this hotel. The room's walls were stained and moldy. The sink was broken. The room smelled of urine and mold, and it was incredibly foul. It bore no resemblance to the photos they posted on the Trip app. We paid for a four-day room in advance, but we barely made it through one night and checked out. The Trip app didn't help us, didn't address our grievances, and we were deceived.

Good points
- The location is great. 5mins away on foot from MTR
- The AC works fine, the air smells good
-The receptionist is attentive, they do best using an English translator
- WiFi is okay
- Free toothbrush
Bad points
- Sound proofness is incredibly poor, no privacy
- Very small amount of the toilet paper
- Drainage is unbelievably bad as you can see in the picture. You cannot keep your foot clean
- No mug cup, there are only glass cups. You can boil water and can't make tea.
- Very thin plastic towel

Really nice location, simple and clean hotel, have all facilities you need. the staff are really nice, we actually booked the wrong date and they allowed us change it in short notice.

Rooms are very small but serves its purpose. We appreciated the daily clean-up / delivery of disposable towels and toiletries. The carpet could use a good cleaning and the walls some scrubbing. Bathroom was however clean. The mattress was new and comfortable. The location is great.

There was no hot water, WiFi did not reach my room , and there was no towels provided just disposable goods. The plugs in the room were HK only with no USB attachments. For international travelers, this hotel was less than ideal.

The location is very convince, 3 - 5 minutes to shopping mall & Tst MTR Station.
Many kinds of cafe, bar, restaurant near by.
But, the WiFi of this property is very weak.
