The hotel location is excellent, and the service is fine, but i have to say the hotel really needs a renovation.

The room is clean, but the hot water temperature is unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold.

Ideal location in TST, a few mins away from the East TST station. room is not very big and one-time tower provided, overall the service is. fine.

Great location when in tsim tsa tsui. Small room but manageable. Comfy beds. Daily cleaning. You get what you pay for. Receptionist are all nice. No phone to request for anything, you must go to reception. The towels are disposable. Hope they change this because it is not convenient to use.

I left the hotel very much, it is very convenient, and the stuff is very friendly

Exit at MTR Tsim Sha N5 is nearer compared to Google Map; Room size was decent, there’s a corner for wardrobe and large size luggages can fit there, they provide disposable amenities (towel, toothbrush, shampoos) daily. Clealiness wise it’s a bit dusty not sure if they vacuum daily, but rubbish bin was cleaned. Wa So cafe is literally across and there’s a mini 7eleven convenience store.

Always choosing this stay in HK, for the price you get more than the rest of the cheap hotels. The place is always clean and cozy, the staff is very prompt and professional, and the location is unbelievably convenient, near the subway and in the middle of TST. Thank you for your hospitality, as always ⭐️🤗

Location is very strategic as near to mtr station and shopping mall. Good experience!

Very convinent from TST mrt. Crowded with lots of food and drinks. Will come again. However WiFi was down during my stay. Very awesome and polite staff! Good for solo! Room will be very small for 2 l.

The hotel is located near TST metro station which is great. The room was OK, but in the bathroom the toilet had a huge leak, so the floor was wet.

The counter staff was very helpful in changing room for us when our fridge was spoilt. We were surprised that 1. Room was very small 2 we were given disposable towels 3 basin was super small Location was great with good food and shopping variety.

I requested a non smoking room and it smells like cigarettes. The washroom looks like a public handicap washroom. When you flush the toilet it feels like playing a slot machine, you will need to pull several times before it can flush. I have asked the reception at the front desk “can we smoke here” he said “no, and there will be $5000 hkd fine” I replied “how come it smells like cigarettes in this room” he replied“when you tell people not to take ***** but they still do” and left the room. It was a pleasant stay and the customer service is very engaging and helpful. Recommend for stay. Be a reasonable person and u shall be treated reasonably.

Small & a bit old room, bathroom is tiny n not nice environment. Air quality not good. Location is good and staff is friendly.
