Small but very cozy room. It was very clean, bed was comfortable with two pillows and quiet at night.
Ken was an amazing host who helped me a lot, very pro-active with sending information over Whatsapp about trips I planned, helped me with special requests and was always available when I had a question. He even was very supportive when I couldn't find my room card and helped me get into my room and found my card later. Great experience and special thanks to him!
I stayed in a similar room before but Sasa Inn was a much better experience.

I think this is very good in HK on New year. Hotel sent me for how to check-in. They try to find me. They afraid me cannot find the hotel.
The location is very new tsim sha shui. I walk to promenade around 10mins.
Although the room is very small, but it is enough for two people. They have a water for free refill.

Mr Ken, the keeper of Sasa Inn was very kind and warm in answering our queries before our flight and during our whole stay in HK..He made sure that we are ok by sending us information on how to go around HK. He also takes time to message us to ask if our room needs cleaning and updates us if cleaning is done already..Sasa Inn is located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and is very near the MTRs, shops, and Victoria Harbour, thus, making it convenient for us to go around and anywhere in HK. With regard to the room, though it was small, it is well maintained, clean, and has wifi. The toilet has toiletries (towel, shampoo, shower gel, dental kits, slippers). The toilet, however, can be improved more by adding a bidet. I was also amazed by their sockets. The sockets already have USB ports for those who need charging without the use of adapters. But to make sure, please still bring adapters..Overall, we highly recommend Sasa Inn and of course, we commend Mr Ken for his assistance. Thank you Mr Ken and Sasa Inn..🙂🙂

This place exceeded my expectations! The person who assisted me from the begging until end in every details of my stay was perfect. Mr. Ken was so helpful in all ways, he’s very polite answering all my questions and even help me to fixed my broken tripod.. The place is so clean, like it’s new renovated, there’s free water on the hallway, quite place, less than 1 min walk train station, and 6 mins walk to harbor, their place is in front of bus station perfect when you go to airport via bus, 5mins from bakehouse and 10mins from ichiran. This is the best stay i’ve ever experience in Hongkong.

This hotel offers exceptional value with its unbeatable rates, thinking that it is in Hong Kong, and prime location next to the metro station. What truly stands out is the outstanding customer service - the staff's use of WhatsApp for coordinating check-in, daily housekeeping, and check-out made everything seamlessly convenient. Their responsive communication and attention to detail enhanced the overall experience. The facilities are just fine, nothing special. Keep in mind that it is a wet-room bathroom - at least in my room.

Our Inn is located between Exit A1 and Exit C2 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station in Hong Kong. The airport bus stop is street side of our inn. There are Kowloon Restaurant, Niu Pin Taiwan Hot Pot, and Chi Kee Noodle Shop. It is a paradise of life, integrating all kinds of joys. Shopping malls include I-square, The One, Harbour City, New World Centre, Chow Sang Sang, Chow Tai Fook, Luk Fook Goldsmith, Mannings, Watsons, etc.
The corridor and main door of our inn have recording CCTV monitoring. The rooms are equipped with chandeliers, washing supplies, slippers, bedside wall lamps, etc., and each room is daily clean (before 12:00 noon to 14:00 pm). Each big bed uses a 6-inch thick mattress.
The ticket counter at the entrance of the lobby of Shenzhen Airport, direct bus ticket to Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, go straight to Haiphong Road, go straight to Nathan Road (Lukfook Jewellery), turn right and see Zurich Watch, walk straight to "Tsim Sha Tsui Building" Block CD, ride No. 3 or No. 4, elevator, press 8 floor to our inn.
