The stay was awesome and everyone at the hotel were very attentive to all my needs during my stay. They even gave me a small upgrade for my room.

I had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. What truly made it exceptional was the extraordinary team working there—every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. The room was a beautiful blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, spacious and immaculately maintained. As a foreign visitor, I found the hotel incredibly welcoming and easy to navigate, with staff always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. An unforgettable experience made possible by outstanding people.

I stayed over for a spa day and a staycation with my family. The overall experience was wonderful. I enjoyed ordering food while relaxing indoors.

Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

The  hotel service was very good. The Chinese restaurant was classified as Michelin standard. This was an exgeration
