We had a wonderful stay in Hong Kong with our baby. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were delighted to be upgraded to a spacious harbour view suite, which was immaculate and well-equipped, including a comfortable baby bed. The location was perfect for our needs, making it easy to get around the city. Everything about our stay was flawless, and we would happily return.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!) From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful! The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level) This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

Pool was great. Beds were hard. Room had a musky smell, but they provided an air purifier.

The front desk got our room type wrong twice and was very rude upon request to change for the second time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Best hotel to stay for business in Hong Kong exhibition center. Life after the work is good enough in the vicinity. From Wanchai to Kowloon, it is convenient to take the ferry crossing from the pier nearby the hotel.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I love the room with the harbor view, open air swimming pool. i would definitely come back. Breakfast has good viriaty. The location is good, much better then overcrowded tsim sha tsui we stayed before. I think for Hong Kong is better to pay a bit extra then stay in 4 star. Good service for the money.

Lovely hotel with great views of HK harbour. A/C didn't work properly so had to get a heater in the room because A/C would only cool. Takes around 20 minutes each morning to get the lift for breakfast which was disappointing. We asked to use the stairs but weren't allowed as they were alarmed. Reception staff were excellent. The hotel seems to be booking a lot of mainland Chinese tours which were clogging the lifts and the breakfast room. Had to line up and wait for a table every morning. Not what you expect from this standard of hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The check-in process was a bit slow, with only a couple of staff members at the counters, leading to a short wait. The service was mid—not unfriendly, but not particularly warm or efficient either. However, once I got to my room, I was pleased to find it very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The overall environment of the hotel was nice—quiet, with good amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. If they could improve the check-in efficiency and staff attentiveness, this would be a fantastic stay. Still, I’d recommend it for the cleanliness, good location and pleasant surroundings.

Room's condition was awful. Carpet smell was so bad that why we had to change our room. Staff's response was appropriated. But we do not recommend this hotel to our friends.
