Slow service about the check-in procedures, but the room is very nice and have enough room, convenient location, nice night view from the room

Good place to be in connecting city Lots of option for food within 1 km radius And sky scrapers around but still got a sea view

Nice but dated hotel located very close to Hung Hom station. Very easy to get to from the airport, high speed rail station, and anywhere on the MTR. Everything worked, the beds are fine and the bathroom was fine, but it felt a bit rushed and like not a lot of care was taken. No filtered water available, had to buy in 7 Eleven in the shopping centre, and the instant coffee wasn't refilled. The nearest food options are food court restaurants in the shopping centre, but the location to the MTR made it easy to get around. There is no expensive buffet on site, and a nice outdoor area called The Patio with a beautiful view. Pretty expensive for what it was, but it did the trick for a few days. Definitely needs a refresh and some clean water to be available, but it was packed, so they probably won't renovate any time soon.

Very clean and spacious room. Provide shuttle bus to town area. Recommended for business travellers

The room was pretty clean and the environment was quite as usual. We have a small party with the family members and they all enjoyed the time there.

Beautiful view from the room, very good value for money since we found the hotel last minute, I’m a very good price. We got upgraded to room with Harbour view. Very good access to the metro.  It was perfect for 2.5 days in HK visit

Staffs are warm & friendly. Especially the night shift’ door man, he is exceptionally great & patient even though I always go in & out by making use of their entrance. Receptionist is nice & do provide a very decent room which unexpectedly huge. Thanks for Harbour Plaza Group & wish you all the best

not very expensive but the hotel is old have gym room and swimming pool

I Oder 2 beds , but give me one king bed , told me no more twin room .  Around 31/01/25 morning 3:30am, fire alarm suddenly open , disturb us can not sleep whole night . Bed experience

Excellent location. Airport bus and Mtr close by. Next to shopping mall. The reception guy was exceptional even though was a busy day. Room is enormous compared to other hotels.

Breakfast was ok, room was ok but i was given room with no city view although the web said city view

Nicest location from Hong Hum station ,greater view to Hong Kong island. Had a wonderful night !

Fantastic harbor view, very convenient just next to the MTR station, though facilities are bit old, it is acceptable given it”s not pricy.

Good breakfast, nice staff. Lovely concierge service. The room was big enough amd clean. I have never had a bed so uncomfortable anywhere as it is here. I could sleep relatively little because of it. The air conditioning could also use some cleaning because it is quite smelly. I asked for a room away from the elevator and we were the closest to the elevator
