Location is close to Metro, however hotel can be difficult to find as hotel is splitting with other hotels at different floors. Difficult to find hotel initially and delays with lift movements to hotel higher floors as only one lift in operation . Other than that Hotel is fine.

Don't let the rough outside of the building fool you. the hotel is very cozy and clean, and the location is great. We had some difficulties with the check-in because we could not make phonecalls in Hongkong and the hotel manager was not at the desk at that moment. But we got in contact via WeChat and it worked out great in the end. The manager is a very kind woman. For us the only downside was the lack of a washing machine but that is to be expected in a small Hongkong/Kwoloon hotel, so no dealbreaker.
We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very simple Hong Kong style guest house. The room is tiny but it's very clean and the location is great. Polly (the woman managing the hotel) was very friendly and even lent me an umbrella when it was raining.
If you need a clean bed and a roof over your head for a decent price, it's a good place to stay.

Located in a residential building. Level 14 but only 1 out of 4 lifts working. To reach level 14, only two lifts available. On day of arrival, only 1 lift and have to queue to go up the lift. Room only allow sleeping. Luggage cannot be opened. Bathroom is two adult space with a toilet bow. Very challenging to move.

很幸運能夠在香港遇見，這樣好的賓館吧，香港都地方寸土寸金，想要以低廉的價格獲得好的房型是不可能的，這個價格的賓館都比較小，但是這家賓館我覺得衞生挺好的，店長人也很好，對待大陸人非常的熱情，沒有任何冷眼

めちゃくちゃ狭いが清潔で快適なホテルです！
【おすすめポイント】
・ロケーションは最高。佐敦駅至近の雑居ビルの中にあり、駅は目の前。また、徒歩圏内にテンプルストリートもあり。
・清潔。カオスな雰囲気漂う雑居ビルの中とは思えないほど、部屋は綺麗。頼めば清掃もしてくれて、バスタオルも交換してくれます。
・必要十分な設備。部屋の狭さに驚きますが、シャンプー・ボディソープ・ドライヤー・歯ブラシまで、アメニティは一通りそろってます。
・オーナーが親切。WeChatで連絡を取りますが、レスポンスも早く、スムーズに荷物預けやチェックインができました。
（本筋とずれますが）
・香港映画に出てくるような「香港人の日常風景」を楽しめること。安全にも配慮しつつ、香港のカオスな感じも味わいたい方には最高です。
【留意点】
・エレベーターは他階のホテルの利用者や住民で常に混み合っているので、ホテルのある14Fを往復するのは地味に時間がかかる。急いでいる時は余裕をもって行動を。
・オーナーはホテルに常駐していません。チェックイン前に荷物を預けたい時は、WeChatで伝えるとドアのパスワードを教えてくれます。なお、チェックイン時間を伝えておくと、その時間はホテルにいてくれます。
・部屋はとにかく狭いです。特にトイレの真上にシャワーがあったのは衝撃的でした笑。

숙소 검색을 엄청 했는데
다른곳은 벌레 나온다는 리뷰가 1개씩은 있었는데
여긴 그런얘기 없고 깨끗하다고 해서 예약했어요
결과는 아주아주 굿굿 만족입니다
건물 외관은 낡아보였지만
숙소 안은 깨끗하고 관리를 열심히 하시는듯 했어요
사장님도 친절하시고 응대를 잘 해주셨습니다
호텔 이외에 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면
상당히 괜찮다고 봅니다
아주 잘 이용했어요
