Älskar hotellets läge och super nära Mong Kok öststation. Kopplad till MOKO köpcentrum som har i princip allt. Har ett Hong Kong café precis vid ingången till sidoporten. Snabb incheckning och snabb utcheckning. Hotellrumsstorlek är en anständig storlek och tillräckligt stor för 3 personer för det pris vi betalade!

Min senaste vistelse på Royal Plaza Hotel var överlag positiv. Läget, som erbjuder direkt tillgång till MOKO köpcentrum, Mongkok East MTR och täckta länkvägar till Mongkok MTR och närliggande gator, var otroligt bekvämt. Rummet självt var rymligt och lyxigt. Det är dock värt att notera att TV:n är lite daterad och inte en Smart TV. Dessutom fanns det mindre olägenheter med vattenledningar, eftersom dusch och handfat tenderade att nästan svämma över om de fick stå på för länge. Trots dessa problem var den övergripande upplevelsen trevlig, med hotellets utmärkta läge som en betydande höjdpunkt.

Rummets storlek är generös jämfört med andra hotell som jag har bott tidigare i HK. Receptionen kan bli riktigt upptagen under högsäsong kl. 11.00 och 15.00. Tacksam för deras robotexpressutcheckning utan kö. Sammantaget bra erfarenhet med tillgänglighet till Mongkok East MTR och bredvid MOKO köpcentrum. Direkt MTR-station till Luohu om du planerar att besöka Shenzhen. Skulle vara bra om de anser att jag reser med äldre och inte placerar oss på nivå 19 som kräver att vi går upp för trapporna från hiss nivå 18 varje dag. För hektiskt för äldre och mig som bär två bagage.

This hotel is gotta be one of the best hotel in HK, literally close to city centre of mongkok. Hotel services is top tier 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 everyday house keeping is awesome. Everything is cleaned thoroughly🥹🥹👍🏻 all thanks to the cleaners that keep our room cleaned at all times. They even have drinking water dispenser provided in the room, save us all a hussle to keep buying drinking water. Hotel lobby staffs were patient and friendly, easy to go anywhere, be it by car or mtr. Hotel is connected a MOKO mall, easy access and also to Mong Kok East station. Definitely reco for HK stay 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. What stood out most was the staff — they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

For family with young children, this hotel location is strategic and convenient. It’s easy to get around via taxi or uber and the bonus is having a MTR right beside the hotel - no worry for traffic! The room is huge, clean and comes with a bathtub that the kids enjoyed! We had our room clean daily so we have fresh towels and tidied room each day. Communication was a breeze, the receptionist can converse in English and Mandarin, were exceptionally helpful and helpful ensured we had a pleasant stay.

Location was excellent as it is directly above MTR and Moko mall! The TV doesn't have youtube though.

Very convenient location, which is right next to a big shopping mall and metro service. The hotel is overall good standard and the room is decent size for HongKong. The reception staff is less flexible with early check-in. The room is clean, whilst some of the room interior, facilities or amenities may need upgrade, e.g., the safe in our double room is not working, the out-layer of the shelf in the room is peeling off.

Room was big and clean, good location as it’s above MOKO shopping mall and super near to Mongkok East MTR. There was drinking water tap in the toilet which was very convenient, hot water to shower but there were no bidet. Only able to check in after 3pm and it took awhile to queue for check in during weekend. However, they do allow you to drop your luggage there! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the hotel again!

I had a fantastic stay at Royal Plaza Hotel! Highly recommended for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local food scene without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location – Directly connected to Mong Kok East MTR and MOKO Mall for easy transport, shopping, and dining. Helpful currency exchange in the lobby with automated multi-currency machines. A convenient and comfortable stay for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
