Everything feels alright, nice, cozy clean place. Water pressure is good, shower feels nice. No toothbrusg or razors, but cant blame the hotel, its the law or whatever.

The female receptionist at the hotel that night Wai very bad and had a bad attitude.

This has been my home away from home for a number of years . Even though the staff are different the service was still good. The new river park has been completed and the road links to more restaurants around the hotel .

1. The location is far from the city but it close to MTR so you could save more budget from expensive hotel in city. 2. You can experience the real local area especially food, and good store. 3. There are several convenience store , mall, and yes 7-Eleven plus circle K there. 8. Breakfast is great

Overall good. BUT not recommended for friends. Shower room is semi transparent, awkward

Neat and tidy! Close to MTR station and have a lot of restaurants nearby!

I stayed in the suite with 1 bedroom and a living room. The room is very nice, big and clean with a lot of sunlight. The housekeeping staffs worked very hard to keep my room tidy and clean. Also, the front desk staffs are very friendly and prvovide me the information that I need during my stay.

Room is not clean, little dirty and not fresh bed and curtains. Didn't have convenience store near the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was also bad.

Nice hotel in a location full of good restaurants. Shame the swimming pool closes at 5pm as most people (including me) have to work until 5pm; so I could never use it. Also the gym needs a MASSIVE upgrade as its literally just a bench with some free weights & 3 running machines.

Comfortable room with everything you need. also has a kettle, safe deposit box and mini fridge. There is a ferry nearby so you can easily get into Hong Kong island. A subway station is in 10 minutes walk. Great breakfasts though only until 10am. It is impossible to open window in the room so you cannot get fresh air. The room has been cleaned while I were away though I was left don't disturb sign. no water provided but offered to buy it from machines on the first floor with octopus card. On the 29th floor there is mini gym and water cooler. I got poisoned by this water, apparently it hasn't been refreshed for many months.

Reasonable service and facilities at this price. Recommend this for anyone with a limited budget

Minimalist room, good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Good (10 min) walking distance to subway, a lot of eateries nearby.

It’s a great hotel with nice location and clean room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For sure I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Cleanliness is alright, hotel staff helpful and fairly efficient all in all no complaints for the price.
