Neat and tidy! Close to MTR station and have a lot of restaurants nearby!

Room is not clean, little dirty and not fresh bed and curtains. Didn't have convenience store near the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was also bad.

Nice hotel in a location full of good restaurants. Shame the swimming pool closes at 5pm as most people (including me) have to work until 5pm; so I could never use it. Also the gym needs a MASSIVE upgrade as its literally just a bench with some free weights & 3 running machines.

It’s a great hotel with nice location and clean room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For sure I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Best service

The service of the hotel staff is excellent. They are forthcoming, helpful and polite. We enjoyed the hospitality extended by the staff, particularly housekeeping. One point worths to mention is the charges for local call. Each local call will be charged for $5. Though it is not much, it would be good if particular attention is being drawn to the hotel guests.

my second time here.. got a free upgrade:) the room is clean and 5 mins walk to restaurants and mall. They got dimsum downstairs. Nice place

the towel n bed sheet etc are cleaned enough. the location of this hotel is near kwun tong mtr which is convenient:)

10 minutes from Kung Tong MTR station. APM is in the same direction and distance. Have many restaurants nearby.

Hotel is acceptable, staffs poorly trained, not all cos that won’t be fair but a few is more than enough to ruin a group. Their membership promotion and scheme is a total disgrace. Grey areas hidden from guests and lack of explanation by group staffs and poorly trained front desk staffs. I would not recommend anyone who wants to be member cos it’s not worth it. Surely other groups and promotion can be more worthy to try.

You cannot feel comfortable here. The room is too expensive and you will not be able to apply for refund.

It takes 10-15mins to get to hotel from the MTR station on foot which is acceptable. The hygiene of the room is fine.

Spent only one night here. Ok location and hotel, unfortunately they gave me a smooking room (can't believe thay they still have smoking rooms) because was the only available with double bed, and it was super smelly..
