The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed during my life!!! Toilet and shower is with glass door and fully visible, outdoor bathtub is dirty. View is good but others are terrible. Hundreds of mosquito are sleeping with you.

It was a terrible stay at room 3207 (twin room).
At around 1:30am, my cousin woke up scratching continuously and had rashes all over his legs and suffered so much anguish thinking that he needed to get hospitalization.
When he turned on the lights, he saw that there were bed bugs on his bed.
He immediately called the hotel reception and after 15 minutes, someone came up to inspect the bed and witnessed the bed bugs on the bed.
The bed was close to the wall and there were bed bugs on the wall.
That someone called the manager who said that it was probably just mosquitoes so my cousin got angry and asked him to go to our room.
The manager arrived and saw the bed bugs and he didn't even apologize and didn't bother to offer some kind of compensation or partial refund for the emotional stress we experienced and for the lack of sleep.
He just moved us to another room.

Traveling from Switzerland to Asia. I booked a room through Trip.com on December 31, 2024, as we were incredibly excited for our Asia trip in March 2025. I reserved a room from March 15 to March 21, 2025, specifically with a whirlpool.
However, upon checking into Hotel Best Western on March 15, 2025, our nightmare began. At the reception desk, we were asked to pay HKD 6,653.21 (USD 855.83), plus an additional HKD 500 (USD 64.32) as a deposit. Respecting the rules, I paid the amount. But then we were given a tiny room, roughly 6 square meters (64.58 Square feet) in size, with a glass WC door. This meant I had to ask my wife to leave the room whenever I used the toilet due to the lack of privacy.
The evening was windy and cold at 18°C. With our three suitcases, there wasn’t even enough floor space to open one and take out clothes. There were no cupboards to hang our clothing, no designated space for our luggage, and the whirlpool was covered in dust with a black ring of dirt.
Fifteen minutes after checking in, I went to the reception and requested a larger room. The staff's response was, "All our rooms are the same size." I then informed them I wished to cancel my booking from March 16 through March 21, since we had arrived late (8:40 PM). However, the manager from the back office stated, “No refund.” I was shocked. When did Hong Kong hotels start enforcing this “No refund” rule? I hadn't even used the room beyond 15 minutes—why was cancellation or a refund impossible? If a product is faulty, isn't it common practice to allow a return and refund?
The next morning (March 16), the windy conditions in Hong Kong worsened. Inside our room, we could feel the cold wind blowing through the door and glass windows. You might wonder, "Where was this room located?" It was positioned on the roof of the building, resembling a “cottage.”
Frustrated, I moved to Harbour Plaza North Point, booking through Agoda. This hotel provided proper services—a wooden WC door, a clothes cupboard, and a much more comfortable environment. Now, this is what I call a hotel! And to top it off, it was cheaper than Best Western. I paid only HKD 2,718.50 (USD 349.69) for a stay from March 16 to March 21, 2025.

About 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR. not much of conveniences stalls below the hotel, got to venture out a bit further.
Asked for a queen size bed but given 2 singles.
Room is not big, don't expect to be able to open your luggage if it is a big one. No closet too, just hang your clothes on the wall.
The "table" is just a small triangular shaped board at the window with a stool. can't be using it to place my laptop to work

Very nice stay ! The rooms are small but very clean and the breakfast it’s also good. The location it’s very convenient as well, the tram is only 5 minutes away and the closest metro around 10 minutes ! It’s my second time here and I will come again :)

Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
All things are supplied in the room so enough.
But there have only two clothes hangers are not enough for winter use, or hanging clothes after washing clothes.
Times up must be left and locked the door is not a goid service.
Long queue for check in. One receptionist is not enough, and low efficiency.
Check in time have no earlier, and late 15 minutes too. But check out time do not allow more time to leave.
Conclusion, check in and out time is not good service.

In fact I was quite disappointed for the experience of this stay over .
1) when I made the booking . It’s says it’s only allows stay up to 1 person . And this is recommended by my friend and she was going with her friends last time . Moreover, I saw the stay experience by another family from YouTube . So I am sure that this room is not limited to one person . Anyhow , approve is given by your CS colleage and the hotel that I’m ok to stay with my another friend ( total 2 of us ) and since the price is with breakfast included . Nevertheless, we were informed that we need to pay extra for the 2nd breakfast. Fine ~ it’s not expensive, I pay .
2) after I get into the room and discover it was not same as what your website shows to me ! It show 2 sides glasses wall at the balcony and mine is only got 1 side ; and why I booked this room is just because of this 2 sides glasses wall and why ???? We were given something different without noticed ?
3) the room is extremely small with no essential equipments , such as cold refrigerator, USB charging ports , cabinet for stowage of our luggage and belongings, we have to place our bags and clothing on the ground !!! Why ?
4) the shower / toilet is divided by a glasses wall only ; we were just friends and not couple or family members….. it’s too embarrassing during we using the toilet bowl n showering ….
5) the room is not totally cleaned before offer us ; the floor is still with ashes and litter ; tub is still have long hair and many black dots …. Which I need to clean up by myself before i feel safe to put my body in .
Because I don’t want to ruin the mood of celebrating my birthday, and that’s why I didn’t go down to reception and ask for follow ups.

Hotel is located strangely near the back alley which was difficult to find at first. However, it is near Times Square and the populous areas here. Rooms are small and old. Service is so so only.
